I do not answer numbers I don't recognize. It only showed it was from "Chicago" - most likely a ghost number. This one left no message. Blocking the number

It is a scam

Called cell. Sent straight to voicemail. No message. Searched online, name found in one database but probably spoofed.

Didn't answer

called once. woman on the phone seemed friendly. she  said something about how i get a free vacation in florida when i've never stayed at one of their hotels. i don't think she mentioned names.
began to ask questions survey-like. "are you over 18?" and "do you maintain a household income of 40,000$ or more." hung up after i said no to the second question.

Just says Chicago, IL. No voicemail left.

I got a call on my business phone which I always answer.  It was the exact same voice & message as I got on my personal phone from 312-809-5909 on Saturday, which I answered because our group got separated & 312 is Chicago.  She’s giddy & talks really fast “You recently stayed at one of our resorts & I have a gift for you.”  At that point I hang up.

I answered and it was a live person because I caught her off guard. She stuttered, then apologized saying she was having problems with her headset... then went into her spiel  “You recently stayed at one of our resorts..." I said I wasn't interested but she never stopped speaking so I just hung up.

We receive a call from this number almost daily. Messages are never left and yet they keep calling. Not sure how to block.

Just called my cell, even though I'm on the Do Not Call list. Left no voicemail. Blocking the number.

I think it might have been a recording. She began with the same shtick: giggle giggle, her headset slipped off! Can you hear her now? I just set the phone down & let her play out, keeping their trunk busy and costing them money instead of calling other marks.

For me the person at this number was "Alice in the warranty dept." Baloney. Blocked.

This is exactly how she started the conversation with me. I could tell it was a recorded message. For anyone reading, please block and report this number as it is spam.

Did not leave message

I just received a call from this number myself. I don't answer calls I don't recognize and they did not leave a message. I live in TN.

Sounded like a Canadian woman's voice by her accent.heard giggles and she asked if I could hear her,she said sorry my headsets messing up then went on to say that i recently stayed in one of her Chicago resorts...I hung up.I've NEVER been to Chicago.SCAM!

pretty much same experience here. she said "since i stayed at one their resorts recently...." i immediately started to tell her to stop right there cuz i never stayed at a resort recently but she wouldn't stop with here BS so i told her to shut the #*&! up!!! and ended the call.

I received call from this # @ 9:15 AM (Central).  I didn't recognize #/didn't answer.  No message was left.  After reading the messages above, I realize I didn't get to hear her giggles!  I'm feeling left out - NOT.  But, do like all the hang ups she (it) is apparently getting from you all!

Got a call, no message left, but thanks to the comments here I know never to answer.

began to ask a question, "could you please answer a few questions before i transfer the call?". This scam records your conversation, saying yes in particular, so that is could be used with the rest of the information they are getting from other sources, credit, debit, then use the recording to say yes to purchases on the cards. Don't say yes or sure. Just hang up.
