They sent me email today stated that i took out a loan last year and now i owe them.  I told them i did not take out a loan last year i don't what you are talking about

Received an email from Samuel Baxter, Senior associate from Holland and Hart Associates. Apparently they are not very well educated judging from the english they used. Told me I had a loan from a loan company and I never paid it back. Threatened me with judicial action, would notify my employer. . .

I have no idea who these people are, probably the same ones that have been contacting me off and on for years. I finally got LifeLock and all the phone calls and notification stopped. LifeLock even contacted me the same week with an alert saying that someone was trying to apply for a loan in my name at a bank I never do business with.

These people are ruthless and they will try anything to get your hard earned $$$$ from you.

I got n email saying they are taking me to court n notifying my job that I got Allan n never paid back.i don't know what they are talking about.it was from Samuel Baxter phone number to reach him is 1-312-473-1257ex2058....us federal claim courts

Received phone all from "911" at MY JOB. Stating I have a "warrant issued for my arrest" due to a "department" suing me for an "outstanding debt". When this caller first called, he said he is from the Mercer County (NJ) Clerk's Office and that he was a "Lt.". Later I asked for his full name, badge number AND phone number for his office. He responded "Lt. Shane Clark, Badge #713, phone # (312)473-1257 xt.148 and to ask for his 'Lt', Lt. Mark Williams."

I then said that I thought he said HE was the Lt. to which he got upset and asked what I was going to do with his info. I informed him I am calling the REAL Mercer County (NJs) Clerk's Office to verify that he worked there. He said "I need to call the number given to me and pay off my debt" and proceeded to hang up. Mind you, Mercer county's area code is 609. Obviously, he is a scammer but this is outrageous to call work with this bs saying I have a warrant. Also, he would not tell me what it was that I "owe money on".

I work at the State House for the State of NJ. I am calling to report fraudulence saying he worked for a state agency (clerk's office) and if they call again, the State Troopers put a tracker on our work phones so they can locate wherever these crazy people are calling from.

I just feel bad for the poor old people or people who don't know any better who will be paying off debts for something they never owed, and to a company which doesn't exist.

I just found this msg in my email today. Mind you..., I have been getting this for awhile now. What a scam. His letter said Senior Attorny Samuel Baxter. I have all of the credit people., ie equifax and such. I have a 7 year monitoring plan with them in place. I realy can not afford Life lock right now. But I do have something in place. My case file # is as170560 Holland and Hart Assco. Such a shame that people have nothing better to do with there time. You die the way you live. To bad for them. NOT! Be watchful AMERICA.
