    Calls by business frequently. Asks if we accept credit cards. The company name is Landmark Merchant Solutions. I told them numerous times to remove my phone number from their list. I am filing a report to my BBB.

      I had same experience.  312-506-3688 kept calling my cell phone and asked if I accepted credit cards.  Thanks for the info on this caller.

      Just got a call from these guys.  "Do you accept credit cards?"

      I can only assume they got my number from my recent application for a business license from the city.  They did not however even have my name right.

        Same here - just got the call from 3120596-3688, Landmark Merchant Solutions, a guy named Mark who is extreamly rude!!! Look out for possible scam from this company!!!!!!!!!!!!

      Our business is bugged by 2-3 calls PER DAY, every day, by this telephone number (caller ID says Landmark Merchants). We no longer answer - when we did, it was just blank air (no machine, no voice). Now we just hang up. Also, I have called 2Xs now to speak with a rep, and have 2xs told it to put me on the "NO CALL LIST", and both times it just asks for a business name and phone number "for a representative to call later"... GRRR.

      We are a small business and these calls interrupt our work numerous times per day, and wasted time is wasted money.  We are so small that we are on the DO NOT CALL List, but little good it does us when legislation allows these types of scams to flourish when they are putting us out of business.

    This number (312-506-3688) has called my cell three times in three days. The message identifies them as "Landmark Merchants" and they're pitching me to use them for Visa/Mastercard services. I am not a business! I called, got a live person, and they *said* they would take my number off, but they've called again.

    Someone named D'angelo called and asked to speak to my husband by name...said they had worked on the website together. Greg does design websites, so I thought at first it may be valid, but we've never done any business with these people, and it bothers me that they know our names and our business!

    Caller from this number just hung up on me when I offered to help in response to a female employee who asked to "speak to the owner".

    Has called my cell & left no message. I do own a business but how on earth did they get my number? I do not advertise at all. The only people that have my business number is the state (from registering/getting licensed) Would not be surprised if the state sells your info. slime.

      Yes, it seems that the state must sell the info (or maybe it's public record).  I just started a business and have rec'd all kinds of cc processing junk mail and today rec'd a call from this number.  I didn't answer and there was no message left.

    I own a business also. I received a call from this number but no message. I just registered on the national do not call website www.donotcall.gov a few weeks ago! So whoever called me just broke the national do not call rules! After I registered on the "do not call" list I stopped getting phone calls three times a day from telemarketers! At least that's a start!

      I have been on the donotcall list for years and it is still active and they still call me. I just started reporting them. I told them I was on the do not call list and she insisted that I say please to remove my number. I would never do business with such rude people, I do not know how they stay in business being so rude. They still call. They do not care.
