    They are a debt collector for Vonage internet phone service, which I never had. They have been calling me everyday for someone that I have no idea who it is, even though you tell them its the wrong number.

    What is the name of this debt collector?  You need to send them a "not me" letter by certified, return receipt mail.  Then if they call again, sue them and get big bucks for the harassment.
