yes I am getting soem missed calls from this number. eating up my minutes. dont know who it is.

This is a law office for I-Pass, very pushy, always goes to a V.M. then transfers you and ends call. Waste of time. Just call I-Pass direct to get lower fee's.

It is actually the Arnold Scott Harris law firm calling on behalf of Illinois Tollway.

It's Harris Law Firm PC. they're not really a law firm, they are a debt collection firm. Buy a cheap voice recorder that you can plug into your phone and test it before speaking to them. Inform the phone rep that you will be recording for your own records. I had a speeding ticket issue to pay off, forgot about it and had it balloon to 898 dollars. These guys started calling me, so I agreed to a payment plan (I'm a college student and thus broke) of $172 as a down payment and $83 a month until it's paid off. I made my payments, then received a call informing me that each monthly payment had to be $172, not $83. I asked to receive a copy of the phone recording wherein I originally agreed to 83. The rep, named Miss V, then asked if I would prefer if they deleted my payment plan. That's a threat of implication (which means that she was suggesting that I make my new payments or delete my plan ). I made no mention of wishing my plan to be deleted (and thus requiring me to immediately pay my balance in full or risk legal consequences). Further, I never received any letters or legal correspondence stating the details of my payment plan, despite repeated requests. Since Harris (seriously agitated air quotes here) Law (end air quotes) Firm is a private debt collection agency, they're not subject to Freedom Of Information Act requests and thus don't have to produce any of their phone recordings.

Very pushy collection agency for City of Chicago about old parking ticket. Say they are a law firm but its collections. Told them to send me documentation in writing - I got bounced around to 3 different people and 2 different phone numbers - and they could not even give me their reference number. Intent on making me pay same day over the phone. Same kind of deal as kid who posted above me - a $120 ticket is now over $400. If I don't have something in writing from them I will not be paying anything.

Not sure why this company continues to call.  There is never anyone on the other end to talk to.  They say they are bill collectors.  We don't owe any bills and have not received any past due notices from anyone.

Wanted money to pay a Illinois Toll Fee they said happened in 2017 ( 2 years ago). I havent even been in that state in years...a $250 Toll Fee? I asked if they could mail me proof. Photographs of the vehicle and the plates committing the violation, and they said they could not.
