I answered since it was showing a Chicago number as for the last few day been receiving a call from 773-796-9711 and called it back. A heavy foreign Indian accent answered asked why he has been calling for the last few days and never leaves a message. He started to call me every name in the book that contained the F word. This time I answered same heavy accent asked for me by name told not me started to go off again so I yelled as loud as I could with a heavy screech and hung up. I need a way to report this guy

I have been getting calls from this number too, 17 calls in one hour. I told them to quit calling, my mother just passed away, and they laughed and hung up. I called back and demanded to know what company this was and they said Chicago. Please report these guys it is harassment.

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.

Keep calling everyday. What the hell they are selling.

The same Indian guy has been calling me from multiple numbers, and a few other voices have also called sporadically asking for someone named Linda.  I have tried to block about 30+ other numbers that have been calling me (including this one), and it's calmed down from the hourly calls to maybe one a day, but they're still coming through.  I have yet to be harassed by any of these telemarketers, but I tell you that it's become quite a nuisance regardless, and I'm getting irritated beyond belief.

This Illinois # called following another Illinois # that I blocked after 3 calls and a male telling me that I have a nice voice. I had already told him to remove me from his call list and stop calling me. I now block all calls coming from Illinois and don't answer.

Why do people keep thinking these guys can be stopped? They're not telemarketers doing their jobs making legal phone calls for their legal business. We can't report them and get them put on the DNC list. These are scammers from other countries and some are even here in America. They don't work for any real legit business that must obey the DNC laws. They can't and won't be stopped. Give it up people. You're not going to stop them. For every one of them that you block, there will always be another to replace them. Only thing we can do is report their numbers to websites like this and make others aware of them so they don't fall for scams. They're not going away unless our entire race is eradicated or the zombie apocalypse happens.

No one here is calling you.  You can't pursue legal action because the caller is most likely located in India or Pakistan.  Call blocker is your best bet and do not pick up or return calls numbers you do not recognize.

These ppl call from different numbers and say they are with cash advance America smh and that my loan has been approved but never applied for a loan plus can't even verify right ss number lmao oh yea they also threatened to come to my house

I received multiple calls from companies like this. When I answered, the guy once again asked for the previous owner of my phone number. I told him he has the wrong number and if he calls again, I will call the police. He told me he would call the police for me. I said, good, make sure he's arrested for harassment. He asked me if there was anything else he should be charged for. I said no, that would be good enough. He then responded with, "What if I have sex with you?" I then hung up.

I keep getting calls from this number 4 and 5 times a day. I asked them not to call my house and he said I'm not calling your house, I said stop calling my phone, but they just keep calling. I am not interested in type of loan from them. Please stop calling my phone.

do what i do, answer the call like you're in an area with poor reception (i.e. "-ello, -lo).  when they answer put them on mute.  they'll try to ask for you, unmute and say "-ello" and mute again.  do the same thing.  act interested.  let them get their hopes up they are going to make a sale. go back and forth with them.  then keep them on mute until they hang up.  aggrevate them, like they aggravate you.  waste their time.  annoy them.  

if you'd rather engage them, tell them they should have studied harder and gotten a real job.  ask them if there mother is sad because they are such failures.  ask them if they have any marriage matches, or are they losers in india like they are in america.  tell them rama and shiva are disappointed with them and they'll probably be reincarnated into Muslims.

I keep getting calls from this number and it is quite annoying!! I've asked several times to be taken off the calling list but they hang up on me as soon as I ask. They've started calling me different hours of the day ranging from 3AM til 11-12PM. up to 17 times in an hour!! It is completely ridiculous and harassment!
