this number has called me about the same time today and yesterday and they didnt leave a message here either it is rather annoying and if they call again im gonna rip and cuss em out cuz im trying to work and i dont have time for nonsense

this caller has called my cell numerous times--it is a scam!

Calls started on my cell last week.  Every night, same time, no message, no caller ID info. except the telephone #.  I am on the do-no-call registry.  Last night I answered to try to get them to stop.  Live person said he was from the CDC and doing something with vaccines for kids and teens.  I said I had no kids or teens (no lie) and he got rude and said we had to go through his questions as listed.  I told him to place me on the do-not-call list and I reported him to the FCC.  Any further calls will be considered harrasment on my part!

Received a call from this number and the persons, yes a live person that spoke English, stated they was with the CDC. Wanted me to take a survey for them. I didn't even answer a question, I simply hung up the phone. Thought it was illegal to make calls like this to cell phones.

Made a call, left no message. Same thing happened yesterday at 5:41pm EDT and three days ago at 12:30 am. Reading the posts from others, I am now ready for the CDC scam. This is great service to the public.

Got several calls from this number claiming to be CDC about cell phone usage and driving.

I have gotten several calls from this number on my cell. Answered one today and human said he was from the CDC and doing a survey of cell phone users.
I immediately hung up. Reverse lookup said call from Chicago. Interesting, considering the CDC is in Atlanta. Checked CDC website and could find nothing about any cell phone surveys. Has to be some sort of scum scam

CDC conducts surveys by calling cell phones well, it's on their website. So it's not a scam.

I'd say it's a scam too since I just got this call, what business does the CDC have conducting surveys?  Since it's from the Chicago area I assume it's one of Obama's cronies trying to steal my money, as if the government doesn't do that enough already.  Who cares if it's legitimate, the government still can't solicit the public for calls if they are on the do not call registry.

It's illegal to use an autodialer to call cell phones, but not illegal to manually dial them.

I answered this and received the same CDC patter.  I asked how they got my cell phone number and the individual replied, "A computer generates the numbers".  How annoyning.  I told the person, I had no interest in taking the survey, did not want them to call again (though they have) and hung up.

Caller said they were from CDC and doing a survey about vaccines for kids......person spoke very fast, hard to understand and gave an 800 number to call someone back, but they spoke too fast to get the number.  I wanted to call to tell them to stop calling.  This was the 3rd call in two weeks, first two times were missed calls, with just the number.  Sounds like there is no way to get rid of them.  I'd like to know how to block their calls.

Try "selective call rejection", it's a service from your local phone company.  You just add the number over your phone and the caller gets an announcement that says you've blocked their call, you never hear the phone ring.  I use to sell phone service for local phone companies and I remember this one.  Just Google it or call your phone company and they will help.

Used to get these calls on my landline and today 9-5-10 got one on my cell phone. For unwanted calls I bought an air horn (Sports Horn) and one quick blast into the phone stops them. After half a dozen calls you get used to the number and then I just pick up the phone, blast the air horn, and hang up. Funny how they never call back. I'll be ready when they call again (and they will).

I received a call from them 5 times in the last 3 wks they ask if im driving that they will call back at a later date if i am and i tell them that i am.usually they do about 3 days later. As far as im concerned they should not call anyone on the cell phone national do not call list.

I all of a sudden am getting this number on my cell phone.  I need to know the name and address of this person/company.  I want to report them as a harassment since them call me 7 days a week. When I answer the phone, they do not respond at all.  Please find out whom these people/person is, so people can report  or better yet press some type of harassment charges.  Kathyattheshore09@yahoo.com
