When I try calling back I get an error message that says "all circuits are busy". - WikdClownz69Caller Id says Marie Brighton, and 312-775-1288... got this call two days in a row now, and they hang up when someone answers... and when you try to call it back, it says All Circuits are busy... I think it's a phishing scam to compile call lists.

- Caller: Marie Brighton
- jr| 1 replyAnswer the call, and let the interviewer know to remove you from the list. Its that simple....
- JX1 replies to jrJr, after they remove you from their list, another collection agency will start calling you again and it may be spoof. I have caller ID. But, I changed my phone number, don't have voice mail, threw away my answering machine, and I don't answer my phone because I haven't given my new phone number out to anyone. I'm just monitoring the calls I get.
At first I was getting many unknown calls every day and now they don't call me for long, sometimes I have peace for 3 weeks straight. I learned not to talk to strangers, because if you talk to them you may give them some information to frame you for the junk debt that they're trying to scam you with. I don't have any delinquent debt I always pay my bills on time never late. I have no use for a collection agency. I don't believe the do not call list is going to help us. - JX1 replies to deni| 1 replyDeni,
I don't do surveys, they want your personal and financial information. - JX1 replies to Bill| 1 replyThey were calling me from another phone number and I file a complaint to the DoNot Call list every time.
- ANNOYED| 2 repliesCaller from 312-775-1288 keeps calling and not leaving a number. Must be a scammer or a telemarketer. How can ordinary consumers and citizens protect themselves from getting called 100 times by these idiots? I feel helpless now!
Nevermind, just found the info. This is who the person is (scammer)...

Global Opinion Panel Synovate, Inc.

Chicago, Illinois 60680- Caller: Global Opinion Panel Synovate, Inc.
- Call type: Telemarketer
- Andrea replies to ANNOYEDIt isn't a scam. I know I signed up for surveys and they sent me a product to try out and they are calling to get feedback from that product. At some point, you must've provided your phone number.
- Jenn| 3 repliesParanoid much? lol Some people crack me up.
This is a legitimate company that does surveys for their business. Either you gave them your number when you filled out a survey to be contacted at a later date or someone gave them your number as a "fake" number because they didn't want to be contacted themselves. They are polite and if you aren't the person who signed up for the survey just POLITELY tell them it's the wrong number.
I enjoy doing surveys for Synovate and have earned $50 so far..not bad for trying new products and giving my opinion on them huh?
