What's wrong with them? Suddenly they started calling me too and don't leave any message. Not sure where they got my number from. I once picked this call up at work and they requested me to take part in a survey!!

I called the number and got a recording stating: you have reached health care survey hot line pleases leave your name and number and a representative will call you back.....

Caller id displayed BLUCROSSBLUSHLD. I hung up on their ASSEES!

I git a message earlier this week from them, it is Blue Cross / Blue Shield for a survey. Probably harmless, but they called me at 11:00pm at night... Way too late to be calling someone at home IMPO.

They called my cell and didn't leave a message.  Others say it Blue cross and blue shield and I am covered by them. Probably just a customer service survey.

What the Hell is that number? Called me several times but just hand off whenever I picked up that call.

Health Care Surveys - for BCBSNC - You must be participating in the particular insurance in order to so the survey - I think he said it was the Blue Care Program. Either way - told him we weren't participating in this plan, he asked if we wanted to fill out a survey via email and I said no, so he said thanks for the time.

I am a BCBS of NC member with my work.  I decided to look up this number after I had 2 missed calls (no voicemail message left) in 4 days.

They keep calling and calling, who is it????

i want to sue this caller!! i was sleeping and had to go to work next morning, and this caller called me at 4 in the morning!!

called 8:19 pm on a week night.   spoke broken english.  said was a survey by Excel of BC/BS and would result in better service.    I requested that it be sent in writing and "he" said he would code it to be sent by mail.

Said have a good afternoon.   My guess is this call was made from India by the accent and no clue as to time zone.

Unsolicited call to my cell phone. No message left.

Consistently getting a call around 3:30 PM almost every friggen day for the last two weeks. I am a member of Blue Shield and if it is a survey they should leave a message or stop calling. Starting to get annoyed by volume.

Called my cell phone saying they were calling on behalf of BCBS of MA. Inspite of area code 312 she said she was in Fresno CA.
