Call came in on my cell phone. I answered, but there was no response. After about 15 seconds, I politely said goodbye, and wrang off.

.. Just more ILLEGAL ALIEN SCUM with a scam. ..... They don't speak English or say anything.  Are all 15 million ILLEGAL ALIENS allowed to scam tax paying America ? What's in it for you &  me?

Calm down Spanky. Before you have to join the 'Cluck Cluck Clams' you're being called by different aliens. Foreign third world kinds. They are faking their caller Id calling you & trying to shank you down for cash.

Received a call on my mobile phone from 312-800-9071 on 10/26/2015 at 3:51pm EDT. Caller ID displayed "Chicago IL". Did not answer and no message was left.

Based on the comments posted I have added this number to my Google Voice block list.

I wish the US government would do something about these kinds of calls :(

I don't answer unfamiliar numbers; I just look em up and add em to my junk list if I can't verify it as legit.  This one called today and has now joined the junk club.
