Love this company!  Films that are clean!  kinda like clean flix but they produce alot of their own films and some are on Hallmark and Lifetime!  My wife loves Christmas Shoes and Walking Across Egypt!  you can also look at them online.... www.familytv.com

Relentless!!! I love this company too, and have ordered from them many times. However, I know how to access them online and if I want to order a video from them I will! I do not appreciate being called at least twice a day!

Yeah, they call me ever so often too. And, I bought a bunch of movies from them so far. One of my friends wants one or two of them to keep, too. They seem to be nice about when you say no, or "not today, thanks."

Wife ordered one movie from them once. Wish companies wouldn't do that stuff because it mars what my wife was calling a good company.

I despise the practice and the company for it. Calling at 8 at night is not wholesome it distracts from "family time" $$$$$$$$ in wholesome-disguise

They are at it again with a different #. They called from Manhssett Ny earlier today. Wish I could get rid of them. I've had it with these idiots. They can't take a hint and apparently do not abide by FCC regulations as they pertain to do not call.

I agree! After reading this, I now know who they are, but even though I love their movies and what they stand for, I hate it that they are calling me EVERY day AT LEAST twice a day. This will only encourage me to NOT buy from them in the future!

These people are RELENTLESS in their annoying phone calls! I finally picked up one of their calls and they wanted to speak with my wife who wasn't at home. They refused to speak with me, were rude, talked over me, then hung up on me! I don't care how "family friendly" their stupid films are, they don't back up with their own behavior what they supposedly stand for. I wouldn't do business with them if they GAVE me their films.

This company calls me at least 2-3 times a day. I have not picked up my phone since I'm not planning to order anything. They used to call my husband. Once he was at work and could not take the salescall and not thinking gave mine to them and they have not stopped since. We have few cute films from them but as many of you say,one can go on their website and order when one wants/needs to. I do not know how to make them stop calling since they switch numbers and areas. I assume it is their way protecting themselves saying its not the "same" office calling since they are in different States.

This company has called over and over again for the past year.  Every time I try to tell them to take us off their call list, the person on the other line starts talking over me, probably so that he wouldn't have to hear me.

I haven't a clue as to who these people are or how they got my number.  I wish they would stop calling me.  How professional are you to use a computer generated response that always asked, "Is the lady of the house there?"  And when you try to respond the call hangs up.  This is unsolicited and I am tired of paying for your unsolicited and unwelcome calls.  As soon as I found out the name of your company I'm going to report it to the appropriate authorities.

Getting 5-10 calls a day from this company. I bought ONE film YEARS ago from them when my daughter was in preschool. Now she is in High School and they just started calling after all these years!
They call from various numbers so it seems impossible to block them. I keep adding each number to the do not call registry. Any other ideas?

Yes........I ordered a couple films in the early 90's--my children are now out of college, and they started up again!  They try to say I owe for some film from the early 90's--no recollection, as I paid them right away.  They stop for 6 months or so, then start with a vengence.....from several different numbers...........WHAT CAN WE DO???  Thanks!

I get calls, as does my wife, at least 3 times a day from various #s all leading back to this company.The funny thing is we have never ordered from them, just know people who have, and if I wanted to now I wouldn't on the principle that they are too aggresive. If a family wants clean movies, let them come to you, its easy enough with the web! You're only discouraging good word of mouth. I have put at least 5 of thier #s on my block list and still got a call today, at 745am, from a whole new #.....stop the insanity!

FEATURE FAMILY FILMS!  They may have wholesome family films to sell you, but their tactics are FAR from acceptable.  They call 2-3 times a day for weeks with no answer on my part.  They NEVER leave a message.  In my book, if the call is legit, they would leave a message and a number to call back.  These jokers never leave a message.  They call at ALL hours of the day without a care of what you might be doing --- i.e. sleeping on a Saturday morning @ 8:00 a.m.!!!  If I had an air horn, I would answer my phone with it when they call.

THEY ARE RELENTLESS.  They deviously call you from about 10 different number with all sorts of area codes.  Even if I still had small children, I would never purchase a thing from them.  It's not worth the hassle of being virtually stalked on my cell phone!

You wouldn't love the company so much if they were calling you multiple times a day using at least a 1/2-dozen different phone numbers.  These people are criminals breaking the FCC laws over and over again by calling my number which is on the DO NOT CALL list.

They should be shut down and tossed in prison!

Caller did not leave a voice mail. Company has called at various dates/times from different numbers/locations making it (almost) impossible to block.  I have reported every call to the FTC (and continue to until I have all their numbers blocked).
