called  today ,  5:35pm....called  and  hung  up , no  message !!!

THIESE   ARE   THE  SCUM  BAGS  AT    "  WCA  SUBSCRIBER  SERVICES"........they   ROTATE   phone  numbers and  originating  locations  to  try  and  trick  people   into  their  scams and   answering  etc.........

the  "  do not  call  list"     DOES NOT WORK , and  is a  well known  farce !!!!     NEVER   add  your  number  to the    "  do not  call list".............once  you  do ,  you  are  CONFIRMING  to    hundreds  of  scammers   that   your  number  is  valid !!!!

- the  "  do not  call "  list ,  in  canada ,  for   example , is and  only  applies  to   calls   ORIGINATING  from  CANADA !!!  the  "  do not  call"    registry  does   NOT  apply  to  international   callers !!!!

Automated call trying to settle credit card debt - annoying - SCAM SCAM

Got a call from this number today too. I have call privacy which blocks long distance and 1-800/888/866 and unknown name/number. The call bi passed this and it also bi passed my voice mail that picks up after 3 rings! The phone rang 20 times!!!! When I picked up, I hung up and they called back and did the same thing. I have reported this number to my phone company and they will now pick up the call...if they decide to call back.
