    Also got one
They are debt collection attorneys by the name of Blitt & Gaines from Wheeling, IL.  They also use the numbers (847) 403-4900 and 888-920-0620.  I called and asked to speak to the attorney handling the case, upon advice from my attorney, and they refused to speak to me.  They called a couple months ago and said they would fax something over but they never did.  I agree with "got one of these" they are very rude.  On caller ID, it shows up as "Illinois Call".

Some of the names I came across are Chris Adams who claimed to be the "supervisor" of Fabian Floyd Higgins, Brian Olszewski also claimed to be an attorney yet he is not registered as an attorney in the state of IL.

I recently found out that they falsified the affidavit they filed in court. The document says the person is an employee of Capital One when in fact they are employees of OSI Collection Agency (Account Portfolios, Inc.).

We filed with the ARDC, filed criminal charges against the notaray of the affidavit and the person that wrote the affidavit and filed a motion to vacate void judgment for failure to include all indispensableparties in the case.

If you get a judgment against you they must sue you under the collection agency else you call up the Attorney Registration and Discipline Commission at 312-565-2600.

This law firm is nothing but scum.

Thank you for this information! I am so tired of these individuals... I have never replied on a post prior, but these people have committed numerous felony charges and it blows my mind they are still getting away with it.... I think they all need to be prison... I'm at the point the money is not the main issue.. I have never seen anyone this type of misjustice in my entire life....And believe me I've seen a lot...

There is honor among thiefs... but these people are far worse.. I will contact the Attorney Registration discipline committee. I hope they can get something done?

    Once again thanks!

You know what I am sick and tired of all of you complaining about something that YOU got YOURSELF into. They are just doing there jobs! It's not there faults that you spent more money then you could pay off! Why don't you just pay and they won't call. I know numerous of the people named and I know what is said about them is false. Blitt & Gaines is an amazing company and everyone works very hard at what they do. They are doing what they are supposed to, so stop bashing people and a company you truely know nothing about!! Oh by the way, there is no such thing as a "body attachment" nor debtors prison, these are just more lies from a pathetic child who will say anything to get his way.

Why don't you just pay your debt and we wouldn't have to call. Besides the fact you know nothing about me or anything I do for the company do not judge me. I never talk to debtors, so keep calling me and a*shole when you have never talked to me!! You are the immature low life white trash who decides to go and put yourself in debt, knowing your job making minimum wage can't pay it off, and yet you still do it. How about you grow up, be an adult, and take care of stuff. Seriously it's not that hard. I do think it is hilarious how you think are you anything about debt collection when truely you don't. So stop giving false advise to people, or they will end up just as badly as you!!!!

My husband pf 50 yrs., died this past year. We had no outstanding credit cards and practically paided everything with cash. I started getting a call from this company stating my husband had an Amex card. We never had this card. I asked them to send me proof and the lady said they don't send out information. I am contacting the State's Attorney. I have never had a collection agency call me. I feel they maybe trying to steal my identity. They won't identify themselves and my family has advise me not
give them any information unless it through my attorney.
