- jb| 24 repliesConcur about this number being for Sears survey. However, since they were not polite enough to leave a message, I'll return in kind and not give them survey feedback.
- Caller: Sears
- Call type: Survey
- Pete Tortorici| 6 repliesI prefer not to answer any survey questions. Thanks.
- Abe FisherHung up as soon as I picked up the phone.
- Alan| 7 repliesif you are going to call several times, please leave a message. At this point, I will not interrupt other activities to take this call
- flipnewf replies to jb| 6 repliesThey called my home number, and, because I did not answer, it was automatically forwarded to my cell. But by the time I answered, they had hung up. But I really wish I had answered in time so I could give them a piece of my mind and tell them what miserable service I had received on my freezer!
- Terri| 1 replyYep, Sears recently came out to my home so the reports are prob. correct. They didn't leave a mssg though.
- Caller: Sears Survey
- kc| 3 repliesyep...sears was here twice fixing my washer....no messages, just missed calls....so far...
- Caller: sears?
- BigDawg replies to kc| 2 repliesConcur on Sears. I just had them out yesterday. The service was actually great and the repairman was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would gladly give them I high rating but as another already posted... if they aren't kind enough to leave a message then I won't be kind enough to provide a rating. Number is now blocked.

- Ira Nelson| 1 replyI have twice received a call from this number. The first time....was not home and no message was left on my answering machine. Just now, I reached the phone just after the machine picked it up. The person had already hung up. A little wary, I checked the number online and figured out it was Sears. I have recently had a repair to a generator...that's probably what it's about. But...if they really wanted to know...they would have left a message. Someone obviously is being paid to call but not care. Ah well. I think I'll leave positive feedback about the fixture and negative about the feedback requests.

- ROy| 1 replyYeaa, I just had a chainsaw "looked at" by Sears. I say looked at because they were supposed to repair it, however after 3 weeks of waiting they called me to come pick it up oh and by the way it was not repaired because we could not find the part. When I picked it up at the service center I asked what part did it need, they replied I don't know!!! wow.. on second thought I'm going to answer their survey next tiem they call. I bet they wont like my answers....
- Caller: SEARS
- danI had a mattress delivered from Sears over the weekend, no message left. Probably the survey, thanks for the info.
- AnonymSix weeks to repair a microwave. Three weeks to schedule a brand new snowblower repair in middle of winter. Both promised 2-3 days response when bought. No more Sears, no need for survey ... you suck!
- Bob| 1 replyWe recently purchased washer/dryer from Sears
- Caller: ?
- RondaKeep getting calls from this number. Never leaves a message. I have not had ANY repairs or purchased anything from Sears - appears to be cold calling.

- David RuizCalls from this number at ureasonable hours to my cell phone will NO LONGER BE TOLERATED as I intend to file a FORMAL COMPLAINT to th FCC first thing in the Monday morning.
- David Schwarz| 1 replyi get calls almost every day from this number. i put my number on a no call list.
- Caller: no idea
- KJ| 1 replyThey just called my cell phone on a Sunday during the Green Bay/Chicago game. Hung up as soon as I answered the phone. I did purchase an appliance from Sears but think they could follow up by email instead of calling at odd hours and then not leaving a message.
- MariI can beat everyone on this. I received several calls in December to confirm an appointment that I didn't have. They had a different address so obviously had my phone # in error. I told them this at least 3 times and they finally asked if I wanted to cancel the appointment! So, finally I said yes, cancel the appointment (it wasn't mine anyway). Now I have received several calls from this number. By about the fourth call a message was left and it was Sears wanting me to answer a survey about my recent appointment - the one I told them wasn't me in the first place!
