just got a call from this number at 830 am, I also answered and they hung up!

I just got a call for this #. When I picked up, I heard 'click, click,' then nothing. Call came in @ 8:30 p.m. I'm in Washington state, caller id said the call came from Chicago. It would be 10:30 p.m. there. Pretty late for telemarketers.

I just received a call around 8:49pm tonight, same as above answ..hung up...I tried calling it back from another phone and the line stays busy....very annoying!

I've received calls from this number twice in the last two weeks.  They left a message from "Andy from the Prize Center" telling me that I'd entered a contest for a 2011 hybrid car and asking me to call 1-866-430-3177.  The way to know it's a scam is that, while they mention you entered the contest, they never specifically say you won it.  It's "we've got some very good news for you."  Plus, you'd think a reputable contest would use a prize distribution company with a more legit-sounding, less generic name than "The Prize Center."

They hung up when I answered.

They said I won a contest that I had entered for 25,000 dollars.

The message on my voice mail said, "Hi, this is Brad from the Prize Award Center calling about the sweepstakes contest for the $25,000 cash and the SUV give-a-way.  Although the contest is officially over, we're looking over your entry and we have very good news for ya.  Call our office toll-free at 1-877-249-6404."  This came in on a Saturday at 8:30 a.m. central time.  Thanks to everyone who posted info on this number.  I'm just going to delete it.

I reicefed the exact same phone call word by word at the same time did. 4/2/12 on Centeral Time. It is a total scam especially with the vague words g they use.

I just recieved the same call, on my answering machine, from "Brad". The caller ID showed 312-962-0293.

I did too.   Yep,  I bet its a scam.

I just received this same call early this morning @ 8:30 AM, and today is SUNDAY !!!
What "BUGS" they truly are! Must be very desperate to bother people on a Sunday!
These "PESTS" have been calling my number for the past three weeks now.
A man's voice who says his name is David leaves a message telling me I entered a
contest in Florida, and I won a brand new SUV. (I live in Ohio, and was not in Florida.)
He then congratulates me and leaves a Toll-Free number to call him back,
in which I never do! I simply delete it! But, they still keep calling. This is anoying.
This is what showed up on my Caller ID:   312-962-0077   ILLINOIS CALL

Received a call from this number, same as the previous posts, however they changed it up to a $50,000 (Whoohoo) prize with a toll free call back number. Thanks for all the posts.

Thanks for posting this...I got the exact call for the $25,000; the SUV from Prize Aware Center, 1-877-2496404.  I almost called back...thank you!

yes I did and they hung up like cowards. BLOCKING SHOULD BE FREE...THEY IGNORE THE DO NOT CALL lists. Ive been on it for years..
