ILLEGAL low life scammers. Trying to scam you pertaining to a saying they are process servers and they are calling pertaining to a"legal mater that came across their desk naming you as a defendant in court"... riiiiiiiiight! I asked if they were process servers why would they call and not just SERVE ME PAPERS. The scumb@g said they are trying to settle this criminal case. I said it isnt a process server's job to settle criminal cases but that of a prosecutor.  They hung up. So I called back. They kept hanging up the phone on me and finally blocked my number! I tried reporting them to the bbb but they refuse to give you a legal address. People, pay these low life scammers no mind!

Kept on calling my work and asking to speak to payroll.

Just got a call from this # 3129716242 TODAY. They also called on 10/16 BUT from a different # 3129716237.
Left a message that legal papers were being sent to me and THAT they needed a statement from me!!!
These people are scammers and DO NOT give them any of your banking or credit card information. I would also check your credit report once a month.

Got the same scam call from them today too. These low life scammers are a joke. I asked them of they are process servers, they said yes I said then why are you calling, your supposed to just show up and serve me, not give me advanced warning! His scam answer was that if I paid right now I wouldnt be served papers. I said pay who, he said them. I said process servers are not debt collectors and if I owe someone a debt ill pay them directly.  The moron got flustered and said im going to jail and hung up on me. Laughing I called back several more times and they were telling ME that I was harassing him! I told him his illegal phone call is the definition of harassment!  Ironically they blocked my #! You cant make this stuff up! Scam collector fail!

We are a legal processing service looking for you for a legal matter regarding Ace Check cashing and a payday loan from 2008.

I received a voice mail from a male stating he was from Legal processing Services regarding a legal matter with my name on it. He called from (312) 971-6242 and he said it was in regards to an old payday loan from Ace Check Cashing (2008) and that I owed them $1300 not including legal fees! I said how could I owe $1300 for a payday loan and the max that they even lend you is $255 he could not explain. The male stated that it was now considered check fraud. I said how can an old payday loan be considered fraud?? As I recall unpaid payday loans if going the legal route must be settled through arbitration and you are not taken to court to have an actual judge decide the case. After questioning him about the old loan and him not being able to provide any proof and him not being willing to send any documentation in the mail he eventually said maybe I have the wrong person and hung up! [***] Legal Processing Services they are the same ones who had been calling and harassing my co-workers and threatening them on the phone, using profanity and leaving detailed 3rd party information on other co-workers/supervisors voice mails. (We have it all on recording) This is total ILLEGAL and we should all get together and file a class action lawsuit against them! I am in the process of consulting with an attorney regarding them..
