Integrity Solution Services, Inc is a collection agency formerly known as National Asset Recovery Services, Inc (NARS). It announced a name change in January 2013. Integrity Solution Services, Inc, or Integrity, was founded in 1993 and has call centers throughout the United States, the Midwest, the Caribbean and Latin America.

While Integrity’s website states that their core values include integrity to do what is right and accountability, their activities take on a different light when examined under FDCPA. FDCPA has been around for close to 35 years and this federal law covers everyone. The law is essentially a list of what debt collectors may and may not do while collecting a debt, and things they must do.

According to the Public Access to Court Electronic Records (PACER), Integrity Solution Services, Inc has been sued 19 times in 2013. A search for its former business name, National Asset Recovery Services, Inc, turns up a total of 105 lawsuits since 1999. The company does not fair better on the Better Business Bureau, which has processed 240 complaints on Integrity Solution Services, Inc’s behavior in the last three years.

I have answered the call several times from this number.   No person is ever there.   Nor do they leave a voicemail if they call when no one is home.   They have called dozens of times.  I have no idea why.

Same here,but the number identified as 361-221-4896. Very rude,very arrogant.harassing.say you have a debt,but won't say who.had an Indian accent.they won't identify themselves,so i had to investigate myself to find out who was calling.ii researched this agency and discovered they have hundreds of complaints, and numerous lawsuits filed against them.always demand any collection agency send you a letter identifying who the supposed debtor is.if they deny to comply,tell them you refuse any further communications,and will consider it an act of harassment if they continue,and will be reported to local authorites,public utility corporation,and possible lawsuit filed against them.by the way,this agency is not registered with the Better Business Bureau.

they have called 5 times so far within hour each time. they give option to talk to someone or have them call back or option 3 to opt out. When I push 3 I am automatically disconnected and then they call back. I tried calling them back and it says all circuits are busy at this time

And if this IS a debt collector, they are calling and harassing the wrong person. I have no outstanding debts!!!
