This is ridiculous.  They call me at random times.  Everytime I get dead air space and then a hang up.  They claim it is Ford Credit when you call the number back.  I had to put in a fake account or SSN so I cant talk to a real person.  If you call them they say it takes 24 hrs to remove your number.  The same day I got another call.  They called me at 6:30 this morning and woke me up.  Very annoying.

they have been calling my number for days at work asking for constance....i tell all of them that i have no idea who that is, but they do not speak english very well. looks like american built ford outsourced their collections to india...nice.  The funny thing is that i work in the repo dept of a competitors finance department.

These jerks have been calling my cell phone for 3 days straight, 2 or  3 times a day.  I just cussed someone out for the 3rd time, demanding they take my number off their list, but obviously they are ignoring it.  The area code is Chicago I believe.  Must be some kind of scam....

It is Ford Credit. I do own a Ford, but refuse to talk to them when they call. They claim to want to work with people making payments on vehicles, but for eight months, they refused to change my address after I moved. They sent my statements to my old address, 30 miles away, and then charged late fees when my payments were late. I filed a change of address with post office, talked to them on the phone every month for eight months and gave them the new address, circled my new address on my check, enclosed letters with my payments, wrote the new address on the return portion of the statement, and on the outer envelope. They just plain refused to change the address. They annoyed my relatives with calls to the point I had to threaten them with legal action if they did not cease and desist with their calls. Every month they would say, "We'll get that changed immediately," and for eight months, I had to argue with them. I owe about $2,500 on a $27,000 vehicle. They act like I've never made a single payment. This is the third Ford I've owned. Paid off both of the other two at least a year early.

The area code is Detroit,  they called 3 times in a day,  if it is Ford Credit i have no idea why i would get called im in good standing with my auto lone...  all i know is that is it some automated system because the voice mails that where left are for sure not a real person.

It is Ford Motor Credit. They are calling from PANAMA!!!! Yes thats right....FORD MOTOR CREDIT SOLD U.S. WORKERS OUT AND SENT JOBS SOUTH OF THE BORDER!!! LYING CHEATS.
Now if you call VW credit...those folks are in TENNESSEE!!!!
Looks like VW is more AMERICAN now then FORD.

They route the calls through Dearborn.
When they call I have 3 options:
(1) answer the call and tell them to hold on...then set the phone down.
(2) cuss them out
(3) refuse to speak to anyone unless they can prove they are in the US.

They want your banking info to set you up on automatic payments. BITE ME. I wouldn't give my banking info to some jackwipe in PANAMA. Why? So they can go on a shopping spree with their homies??? NO way..

This number calls a family member's cell phone repeatedly. Evidently the former owner of the cell phone number had some business dealing with Ford. How can I get Ford to quit harrassing my family member and using our minutes...we don't know these people, never had any dealings with them. There ought to be a law!!!

yes i have been receiving calls from this number for the past two weeks... i dont know what they want but it is ford credit and its base in jamacica they dont speak clear english at all..

Just got a call from Ford Motor Credit, haven't owned a Ford in over a year and a half, and that Ford we  paid off a couple years early on the loan, don't know why they would be calling. I did not answer the phone, let it go to the answering machine and all they leave is the phone number, and nothing about why they called. I won't return the call, my phone can block up to 20 calls, so if I get more calls from them, I will block it.

I have been getting these calls on my cell phone # which I have had for years.  Calls at all hours and annoying. All I get as voicemail is a series of numbers now no message.

Over due visa card Not true my visa is paid. I have an credit with Ford Motor. That bill is also NOT over due!

Same calls... I paid off 1-Ford Credit Loan and the another is on good standing, payment is made every month - - - they are ANNOYING, IRRITATIING and CAN'T UNDERSTAND most of them on the phone!!!!!

If I don't know the number or the person calling, I screen the calls, too many scams out there. I got the call from Ford Motor Credit while I was in the shower this morning, the message on the answering machine only said was to call them at their phone number, they could at least give a reason for calling. Haven't owned a Ford in a couple of years and that was paid off way back in 2004 and paid off a year early and I didn't have it with Ford Motor Credit, it was with my credit union, weird. If they call again, I am blocking the call.

This number is so weird, it is a Detroit number because I'm from Michigan so I know it is..If it's Ford Credit that's just crazy because I own a Ford and I'm in good standing..Why would they call me??? I even got online to check my account to make sure there wasn't some kind of mistake with my billing and it shows it in good standing..Whatever..just wish they'd stop calling me!!!!!

Yes, it is Ford Motor Credit. Yes, you will be called relentlessly, day and night, weekends and holidays. They do NOT care, they even laugh about it. They outsourced some work to other countries so you can be called on Sundays and Holidays (which are not taboo in Panama, India, El Salvador, etc.). They give less than a f*ck about you, the USA, or anything but that Almighty DOLLAH!  They will call when you are just a day or two past due, and sometimes when you are not EVEN past due. They have an auto-dialer in Nashville which runs the show, and no human is allowed to interfere. The auto-dialer, called NADT, (which I think stand for something or other "Almighty Dollah Taker") even controls employee bathroom break schedules. I know from people who work up in that bitz. It is a nighmare. They do not enjoy having to call ya'll all damn day long, but really, they has no choice. Some say employees who buck the NADT go bye bye and are never heard of again.  If ya'll do only TWO things today, trust and believe!
