BS Marketers claiming to be from ACS calling with questions regarding Student Loan application. I'm a 53 y.o. engineering grad and haven't submitted nor had any loans in eons. Phishing.

I got a phone call from (313) 264-0090
Detroit, MI in regards to student loans.

Had a call from them and the caller id said michigan. And it was close to 9 pm. So I call back and a guy answered, u can tell they r reading a script. Had to stop the guy to ask if he knew what time it was so he knew. Financial type of companies usually stop customer based business by at least 6pm. Then I asked where he was calling from and he said Maryland even though the call was from michigan

I got a call at 8:40p 4/13....who are these people call after normal business hours.  So annoying!!!! I just hung up.

they are allowed to call until 8:00 -9:00 pm. but I still think that is bad as well.

They called and Lady with heavy accent says she's calling about my villager and renewing my warranty I said you have no clue what your talking about I bought this vehicle used 14yrs old Not putting a bs warranty on it.. They are fake
