Got a call from this number, a heavily accented voice asking for my ex-husband. Most likely a bill collector, but I couldn't find anything listed for the phone #  except an old listing for ABC Topsoil & Landscape Supply near Detroit. That company now has a different # with a newer area code that has since come out.

Again, most likely a bill collector, but unknown at this time.

I have this phone for 3 hours and the joys of calls begin!!

Got a call from this number. Do not know who it is..but please leave me along. Reporting them to the FTC..I hope they enjoy the large fine they will receive.

Just got a call from 313-416-1100.  A woman wanted to know if I knew about all the updates from Michigan natural gas.  I said I don't have Mi. natural gas.  She said you must have Consumers natural gas.  I said no.  She said o.k. and hung up.  I did not give her any personal information, and I said no to everything she asked.  I have received about 50-60 scam calls in the past 2 months, even some from Kingsport, JM.

This number has shown up on my caller ID 7 times in the past week.They called again this evening and a heavily accented male saying his name was Peter saying he was from DTE.I asked them Not to call my number anymore and theu promptly hung up on me.

on my caller id from time to time. they call my land line which has no voice mail and no answering machine. 8 out of 10 calls I get on this phone are people trying to get me to buy something. I am guessing they are solicitors of some sort.

its that company which uses mich con pipes but want to sell you their natural gas

received several of these calls in October 2011,  wanting to sell you their version of natural gas using the regular DTE Energy billing.  If you look at your bill from DTE, it is broken down to delivery charges, thermal usage charges, etc.  Evidently, the government tries to prevent monopolies (like they did with AT&T years ago) by allowing other public utilities to compete for your business.  The unforseen consequence is that it has enabled crazies to market their versions of phone and utility services, the easiest way of which is, of course, the telephone.  A  hundred million letters to your local, state and federal level legislators will show them you CARE about making a change that protects YOU.  It's about time the good guys win one!

Jerks trying to sell natural gas. don,t waste your time talking to them. they lie and try to sound like they are from DTE.

Called land-line: 3/1/2012. No message left. Called 313-416-1100. Host of operators pushed me through to 3 different numbers stating that they were trying to credit my DTE Energy account with credit. This credit is due to all Michigan consumers they asked for id# on my DTE account,  corrected foreign accented man that all I had was my account number....stated name on bill was a previous married name and that it should say....again all they wanted was name on bill, account#, and mailing address w/physical address!

They have called me for the past six months. They call about once per week and I have told them to put me on their DNC list several times, but no avail. I simply them I have propane and don't have natural gas and when they hear that they just hang up in my hear.

Also, had some fun with them the last time they called and told them that the person they need to take to was just put in the jail for DUI, drug possession and assault but they should be back out of prison in a few days and I'll have them call them back when they get out...when they hear this their is a long moment of silence and they hang up.

Just having fun with people who don't respect my request for be placed on the DNC call... gotta love it!

I had got a call from this number 1-313-416-1100 and he sounded straight out of Africa and could barely understand a word he was saying. But he ended up trying to offer me 15% off my gas and would give a confirmation number to use to do so. He wanted my DTE account number and i laughed and said not a chance and hung up. THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM AND DONT DO IT!!!!

Ive recieved multiple calls from these people!  They are not a part of Consumers Energy or DTE, they buy surplus gas in bulk and try to sell it michigan consumers! CMS AND DTE are totally against these people!!!!!  This company can sell this gas and use CMS and DTE pipes to distribute it!!  They dont have to maintain the pipes or respond to leaks or have any field workers!!!!  They have zero overhead,with exception to some people from other countries making phone calls!!!  I agree with choice utilities but this is a unlevel playing field!!!!!!  This company, who ever they are doesnt even have to pay state taxes!!  They threaten Michigan jobs and that i will have no part in!!!!!  Ill pay a little more to keep our workers working!!!!!!

i got the call first the guy said his name was jack and he starts being rude because i wouldn't tell him the account number unless he informed me about the company was speaking to me about, later on his manager answers i spoke to him. in the beginning he said his name is jack then changed it to James.i have gotten calls from them before and the have scammed me once by taking my debit card number and took money from me.so i suggest anyone that does get these calls to not answer because they are bunch of lair and hungry for money
