please ignore this person who is calling very stupid !!!

calls several times asking for my wife. Says "department of justice" threatens legal action. Have no Idea why he is calling and gets very rude when I question him.

A man named Sargent Jeff LeFnar with the Department of Justice who says legal action is being taken against me.  He is a scam/spammer.  I threatened back with a phone call to the SEC.  He is an idiot.

I received a call from a person pretending to be a police officer. He left a threatening  message about some legal action. This person sounds like he is calling from where else but India. This I am sure is just another scam. I am on the no call list, however I still get all these stupid calls

I did call and report him to the AG.

He just threatened me at my job.  I called the AG AND my bank.  He knew my personal email AND the last four of my SSN.  Everyone should call and report the number.

Just received a call stating the same things as above.  He also knew the last 4 of my social security number which is very concerning.  I will contact the AG as well to report.

What is the number to the AG or what does that stand for so I can also report this number.  Thanks!

ive been receiveing the same call - but only theyve been trying to contact my mom. my mother is hearing impaired and she was almost scammed. since she can't listen and actually talk to this guy she was on the verge of paying him. it's a straight scam. gotta love the internet.

Got a call from 313-427-0016 saying a complaint was filed against me for an EFT that was returned for insufficiant funds.  Only problem is that has never happened.  I told him if he had something then he can mail it directly to me.  He didnt want to hear that.  This is a scam in order for them to get money.

Yeah!  The same guy called my job today and told me that he was from Bureau of Investigation and I owed money.  I called Federal Trade Commission and report him and I was told anytime they know your social security number.  Please call fraud alert with experian.  Can you tell me what is SEC?

Can you tell me what AG stands for and the phone number?

States Federal Government has a lawsuit against me.  He knows the last 4 of my social security number.

Called our work today looking for an employee.  Was told he no longer worked here.  Called back 2 hours later looking for the same employee.

Yep, same here, has called three times leaving same message...since when does DOJ have to hire foreigners to "enforce" a complaint?? Oh yes he also said something about the TN Attorney General's Office sending someone to my door...good grief...get a job preferably back from whence you came!!

Received a call at our law firm today asking for one of our employees - the called seemed fishy as we deal with the Secret Service on some of our Federal cases. He stated that one of our employees was a lead suspect on a case... and that she would be arrested if she did not respond quickly!?! This information seemed unlikely and he was informed that any "indictments" or "warrants" that he had could be sent to our office as we would be representing our employee. He was informed that we would be reporting the call and information that we received; after some back and forth and he hung up and has not called back. We filed a police report and reported the number to the appropriate agencies.

Total Scam. Do not give any information out.
