Caller ID said SSD/BCBSM.  No message left.

call came in no message -- my number is listed with the DO NOT CALL agency.

It's a "VoIP" computer-call (Voice Over Internet-Provider) originating in 'India' -- via the Detroit/Dearborn area-code most-likely:: They are 'scammers' ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, Do-not-answer-your-phone!!!!

No message was left on voicemail.

(by her name), I said yes & press #1   ( 2) press #'s on dial-pad for  h e r  "birthday" -->((I stopped here!!!!)) , the message repeated 3x THEN said there is a problem -  T H E Y  will call another time.......

Yep, they continue to call me. Let it go to answering machine but would like it to stop. I also am on the do not call list - doesn't seem to make any difference.

Altegra Health (f.k.a. Social Services Coordinators), on behalf of Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Michigan. I answered it and it was a recorded message so I hung up.

Have received numerous calls from (313) 451-5070. Calls are automated and say they are "Health Education Community Program Assistance) providing services for BC/BS of Michigan. We have contacted BC/BS, but their representatives have so far been unable to identify the source of the calls. Calling the number itself has been useless.
