The lady said she was calling to speak with my husband, I offered to help her. I informed her we are on the National Do Not Call list. She said she was calling from Chevrolet with important information about the vehicle, but since I didn't want to talk she would let me go. I used to work for GM doing, they do not call about anything. Even a vehicle recall is handle through the dlrships, by noticiation by letter or media. Scammers.

I am on the national "no call" list but still am receiving calls from this place.

This call was from a auto service contract company.

Yes, the scammers are out in full force.  They are calling from a Michigan zip code and I live in Michigan.  Some guy asked for me by name and knew the year/model of car I was driving.  Wanted to sell an "extended warranty" on the vehicle.  I told him he must have the wrong number as I am not the person he is looking for and do not own the vehicle he is describing.  That's okay; they'll call back anyway.

Consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.

They are calling to try and extend vehicle warranty, not GM,

Very rude and pushy "person" that called my cell phone. I CAN'T stand crap like this.

They call from this number and a number in Clarkston, MI. I have asked them several times to quit calling and they say they will take me off their list. The cars they are calling about, I no longer own...but, they have called about 4 or 5 cars that I have had in the past so they have a list from somewhere. They are very annoying and sometimes they call 3 or 4 times a day.
