Watch out when renting from Chand, he is not a very good landlord and raising the rent ridiculously high every year when you renew your lease. Just a fair warning for those who have a low to middle class income. He does not do repairs as they should be done. I have rented from him in the past and even when I gave him a 30 day notice he tried saying I didn't and refused to give me my deposit back.

thought first i was transferred to india, then kept asking me if i had a criminal record and past jobs.  for the first interview it was awful.  fifth time in 15 months i saw the same job posted.  six months ago, he was looking for a lawyer on craigslist

looked at the secretary job, type of guy i would iggy on im.  creepy older guy  cant imagine working 4 him w/o thought of kneeing him

Meet at his office, never again.   Complete pervert.  He was dumb enough to call to ask for a followup interview.

Either the man does not know how to spell or the Macomb Daily paper messed up.  There is no such street called "Methune" in Warren, MI.  

So glad I decided to google one of the two phone numbers he listed in the newspaper.
