Call saying legal matter with my soc# on her desk. Need to contact immediately. I have NEVER been in this state!!!

Left voice mail message that only captured this part of it ...`Call Major (cannot understand last name - sounds like Rockley immediately at 313-960-4146

Call after call - threatening calls not for me - requested phone number removed and to speak with manager they hung up on me - someone needs to sue them, fair debt collections act

Obvious scam...threatening legal action if I don't "settle" but won't tell me what I need to settle.

I have no idea who these people are or why they are calling me threatening legal action.  I am on the do-not-call list and they are obviously scammers.  Something should be done to them!

ID themselves as Goldman and Associates, say they are a "litigation firm" which is scammer double-talk for debt collector.  Goldman and Associates (GMA) has  a long history of debt scamming on 800notes.  They are not a law firm but do occasionally spoof an established San Francisco firm.  Ignore and block any calls you get from this group.  No idea where they are located. Use different  CIDS and call from a variety of numbers. CIDs used :  Processing and Summons division, Dynamic Recovery Solutions, O’Connell, Greeman and Associates and may use other cids.  Sometimes they spoof legitimate law firms and debt collection agencies.  Endless threats of arrest, civil process and court.  Ignore and block the calls.

If they continue to bother you,  and you know you do not owe any money, tell them that you know this is  a debt scam and that you are making a complaint to the police for extortion.  Once you get a copy of the police report and they call you again , just read out the  file number and the name of the PD or Sheriff’s office involved.   Tell them you’ll be glad to send a copy to them at whatever address the jack***es are working out of now.

You'll probably have to yell at them and talk over them.  Tell 'em  no scammy debt collector is going to push you around.

You have to get tuff with these people because,  being akin to thugs, brute force is (metaphorically speaking).   the only thing they understand.

These lazy ass scammers need to realize that . In this day and time we have what you call a caller id . This Amanda girl called and the number she called from was 3145495788. This number was from oakville mo. But she left a voice mail that had this number 3139604146with is a Detroit Michigan number . These low life people need to get a real job . The very first number this Amanda called me from was 8447252569 and it was a Jacksonville Florida phone number . Then she had some Rachael girl call me and it was from a place in oakville but it was the same damn female

Thank you for the details! They keep calling me from different numbers that start with 313-960 also. I don't answer any Unknown Numbers anymore.
