A woman left a voicemail on my cell phone.  She had an Indian (India) type of accent and said that she was contacting me on behalf of her manager if I was still looking for a job.  Royal Oak, Michigan

i got the same call today,and think it"s a scam

Didn't call my home phone number...but left a message on my cell phone. I didn't put an application in for BANKERS LIFE..

I have my resume up for a job as a Secretary/Receptionist. I have had this person call before  on my cell phone..regarding an opportunity. I did not contact BANKERS LIFE for a position in SOUTHFIELD, MI. therefore ..I see this as a jobs recruiter looking to fill a call quota.

Got the same VM, a woman calling from Bankers Life. Definitely did not apply there. Probably a scam.

I also received a call from Banker's Life.  I do have my resume posted on a few sites but I never applied to this company.

Got a call (called twice) and a guy with a slight accent said he was contacting regarding a job offer from Monster.com. I don't know if it was legit but he called me by my old name and I have my information all updated.

Just got the same call. If this is an insurance company, they are looking for COMMISSIONED sales people. They can afford to hire as many COMMISSIONED sales people as they can get because they don't pay you unless and until you make money for them. They troll the job sites like Monster.com, CareerBuilder.com, etc. and get your phone number from your resume. Basically it's spam. Pass.
