Someone using this number called my phone at 8:30 p.m. on a Monday night and did not leave a message. When I returned the call, a recording said I had been called for further information "or a private offer that you qualify for." The recording gave the option to opt out of future calls by pushing a number and getting on a "do not call list." I have a feeling I shouldn't have pushed the number.

a call came in from this number leaving no message and unable to take an incoming call. i am already on the no-call list!

Interesting.....  I have be receiving a number of these calls as of late (past couple of weeks).  I answer and then a disconnect follows a few seconds later.   I call back and the call is pick up and then promptly disconnects.  
Not sure if it is a coincidence, but given the area code I am suspect that these calls may be the result of my attending an auto show and foolishly providing my contact info.  Sorry if i am assuming facts not wholly in evidence, but my suspicions fall at the feet of the folks from Chrysler Corporation.  Now that is a great marketing plan!
I will look into it further.  I am sure that my resources can trace this to the proper entity.   Conduct like this makes me wanna' buy German!

I got 2 calls from this same number and recently visited a Chrysler/Dodge dealership.  I suspect it is this group selling phone numbers.  Chrysler = Fiat = crappy Italians who do not know how to market & who haven't made a decent car since the original Fiat500.

constantly calling, never leave a message. we are sick and cannot get to the phone so how can they be stopped?

right. visited a dodge web and gave my number to a dealer and a buyout  number on my car. kelly blue book.

this number calls my around 6-10 times a day. When I answer no one is there, if I call back it answers after one ring, then hangs up. What the hell is this? Has anyone found out?

Sick of this number calling.. They have called for the past 2 weeks at least 5 times a day.. Its driving me nuts! Ive called back and it actually rang more than once but when someone or something answers it hangs up!!! Ugh!! So frustrated!!!

Same here.  Calls 2-3 times a day.  I am on the no call list.  I gave out my cell phone number to a dodge dealer but this is coming on on my land line.

Yes I've visited Napleton Chrysler in Lansing, Illinois last week. Today this number called and quickly hung up.

This number has called me twice already i do not answer because i do not recognize the number.  i did inquire about a Dodge challenger at a cyrhsler dealership on line. so annoying

This is a result of online inquiries concerning auto trade in and purchases.  Last night, I did the auto trader blue book value on my wife's Gran Prix and on my (drum roll) Chrysler-Daimler Jeep Wrangler.  Now I am getting the calls on a phone I NEVER use except for online listing and such.

Seems we have a common thread here...Chrysler has sold our information.

Definitely chrysler corp, provided my number at a Nascar race this past weekend and has been calling ever since.

I inquired about a new Dodge Charger on the website yesterday and now I started getting these calls today. Seems like Dodge/Chrysler is the common denominator here.

I guess I'm a member of the club too.  I inquired about a new Dodge vehicle last week.  At least I gave them my office phone so there not bugging me at home.  Going to tell the dealer when there recording quits hounding me I "might" still be interested in buying his car.

I hope the FCC reads these blogs and takes action.
