Had a missed call from them on Friday. After looking the number up and not seeing any complaints, I called back. They said they were Charter Promotions. I told them to take me off their list. I'm pretty sure they are the Charter scam that has been floating around as there was a lot of yelling going on in the background.

I just received a call from here too, very suspicious.  He was asking bout my account & i go im not a customer my bf is. He asked for his info. I go if you work for charter you'd know it. He rambled something w-attitude, than hung up.

Just desperate scammers looking for gullible victims to hand over their credit card information and personal information.

This caller left a voice mail. There was a lot of background noise but no message left. I'm pretty sure it was the Charter scammer office with people manning the phones.

Got a call 6:14pm PST. I didn't say anything and they didn't either. A**holes

I did receive a call from this number, but it didn't ring long enough for me to answer it. There was no message left.

These donkeys call close to 9pm - what the hell? I thought tele-harrassers were not allowed to call after 8pm

He called me asking if this is Mr. "blank".  He did have the right name, but given the fact that he sounded like a cast member from Straight Outta Compton, and an obvious telemarketer, I was going to screen so I said "no this is not who is this?"  He asked what is your name?  I asked what is yours?  This went on for 2-3 times without him even telling me the company he was calling from before asking me my name.

Telemarketers have until 21:00 (09 PM in landlubber time) each night per the Telemarketing Sales Rule. Only state law can override this.

I have asked them at lease 6 times to remove my number,,,,

Numerous calls daily. No messages ever left. Thanks for posting the info though.  I kinda figured it was Charter or some other telemarketer.

Nonstop phone calls from these folks… They never leave a message and based on everybody else's comments, I'm glad I don't pick up

They've called almost daily. It was blocked, but I could still see they were calling. After seeing the reports on it being from Charter, I called. I'm a Charter customer. They're annoying to work with, period. Pushy is not the right word. So I asked them to remove my number from their "Further Promotions" list. They said it could take up to 30 days. Will report back if after 30 days, I receive more calls.
