Received a call from 3142661702.  No message left.  CID read EXCHANGESTUDENT.  I suspect this = SCAM!

Had a call on Sunday no less about this latest scam. Answered by mistake and a cheerful voice was saying something about Foreign Exchange students. Pressed the off button at once.

Call blocker caught this before it rang through. Caller ID said "out of area". Obviously a scam

Did not answer but caller left a lengthy pre-recorded message on our answering machine about building cultural exchanges by being a host family for an international student.  Blocked.

Keeps calling, we don't answer, they call again

Received a call from 1-314-266-1702.  Caller ID was 'St. Louis MO'.  I gave the caller the old quick pickup and immediate hang up.  Checked 800 Notes and blocked this number.

Had a call from this number today too busy to answer.

Calls once a day, don't answer as with all calls I don't recognize, Leaves no message. I have ROBOblock enabled so it may be a robot caller and that's why there is no message.

Received a call tonight from this number, which is unknown to us. Didn't answer. Thanks for the heads up!

Called but DNA and left short VM about "Adventure".  I have blocked now #170

Caller ID ( EXCHANGESTUDENT ) never answer calls that we don't recognize. Scam

Call came in at 4:28P CDT, Caller ID showed "EXCHANGE STUDENT". They left no voicemail so are now blocked.

Left no message. Now blocked.

also got this number on Sunday, unusual no message, I never answer these anyway. Exchange Student on caller ID. really? Another scam of course.

Am so happy now to have new Panasonic Phone that blocks these stupid scam calls!!  Added this to my blocked list.  Never answer numbers you don't recognize!!  Don't be DUMB!  No voicemail left either, so screw these jerks and block the number if you can!!

welp, another # added to my call block list..so annoying.

Another scam.Added to my list of blocked numbers.Unfortunately untill the government decides to do something,this really will not stop them.
