I have no idea who this number belongs to because I never answer a call from a number I don't know. I do not know anyone in this area code nor do I do any business with any company in that area.

Called, immediate hangup during calltone. No msg.

Just called my number and immediately hungup during call. No msg.

Called and hung up before voicemail. No message.

Got a call while I was asleep they never left a message. Sounds like a pranker or someone I have beef with in that area. But then again who calls a south Dakota number on a whim, been getting a lot of calls from this area and I never give out my number

I just got a call from this same number (314) 449-9938 on my work phone... I did not want to answer or call it back because my ex is from missouri and i was not certain if he had this number or not... I have been avoiding him like the plague!!!... This is all too weird that you all are getting random calls as well... Wtf!!!

Got a call from 314-449-9938, I actually live in this area.  Rang once, hung up.  Called the number back from a trap line at my work.  Greeting said, Lisa and offering $100 reward redemption card from visiting one of their websites.  BLOCKED!!

Same here. I returned their call and was greeted with the same automated answer. I was then transferred, someone answered but just let the phone sit there. You could here foreign language in the back ground.

annoying - any more being on the national do not call does not seem to help

The DNC list can't stop criminals who call from foreign countries. The DNC list is a US-based operation with no jurisdiction outside the US. The DNC list DOES help, because it stops legitimate telemarketers from calling you.

Criminals don't obey the law, even those in the US; less so those in Iran, Pakistan, India, etc., who are just trying to steal money.

I Live in the 314 area code so I picked up the call.  It started with "Hi this is xxxxx from Customer Service can you hear me ok"   It was a recording so I immediately hung up.  xxxx was a first name but I did not catch it.    To the point I hung up there was no company mentioned so the assumption was just another scam.

Just called me on July 31st 2015  in New York City it's a scam generated
by  a cellphone  mass calling protocol. Ignore it.

Same thing as others experienced--Caller hung up after my cell phone rang once, was gone by the time I answered.

Got this call on my cell on Oct. 2nd, no message, from St Louis, MO. Don`t know anyone from there so BLOCKED

I called the # 314-448-9938 back. Its an automated message stating " Hi, you've reached Julie, you recently visited one of our qualifying websites and are eligible to redeem a 100$ gift card to popular stores like Walmart, press 1 if you would like to redeem your gift card at one of our customer service centers or press 2 to be placed on the do not call list".

I wonder if they are just following the DNC list and call everyone on it....
