Mollishism - 29 May 2008They called and harassed me about an old Ameren UE bill, they were degrading and demanded personal information, such as my current address, date of birth, checking information, ect.

Bucko - 26 Aug 2008I get a call at 3 or 4 each afternoon; caller ID says CONSUMERCOLLECT. No one is ever on the line. I called back hoping for a commercial answer and got a "all representatives busy" recording. I waited for a live person who answered, "Hello, this is Don", he identified himself as the receptionist. He said the company is Consumer Collection Management and it is a collection agency located in Westport, MO. He said they were trying to reach my daughter who no longer lives with me. When I told him I got no recording identifying the company, he feigned surprise and said he would report that to management.
