I live in Ohio, and I am not exactly sure why this number would be calling me.  He called me three different times, and when I hung up on him (like I do ALL soliciting phone calls), he left me a threatening voicemail saying he was going to take legal action against me.  I had my boyfriend call him back and ask what it was regarding, and he wouldn't say.  My boyfriend then asked to speak with his supervisor, and he wouldn't let him.  Mr. McKinny was his name and he kept saying, "I'll talk with my supervisor, you don't need to" etc. etc.  AFter i put my two year old down for his nap, which is what I was originally doing when he called the first three times, I called him back and asked what it was regarding.  He refused to tell me and kept telling me that I'd know in two hours when they called me back.

It's "Debt Relief" they "help people get out of debt".
Strange thing is why they would place calls for customers. If somebody needs their services, those people will call them.

As far as to their threatening legal action, what legal action can they take if somebody does not want to use their services.

if they call again, then just tell them NOT to call you back (be polite though). Keep track of when they call and if they call you three times and you tell them NOT to call you each time, then you can take legal action against them for harrasment.

SAYING I CALLED FOR ASSISTANCE BUT I NEVER DID I AM ON THE NATIONAL NO CALL LIST SO I SHOULD NOT EVEN BE CALLED.  TRIED CALLING BACK TO TELL THEM TO NOT CALL AGAIN BUT NO ANSWER
