Some fool I have no clue, don't asnwer unlisted calls or private with no number or name and other types of calls where the identity is not revealed, no kids here.

I believe this is a scam.  If I sent money or gave my credit card number, I would have been up a creek, because I don't believe this is a legitimate activity of the Missouri State Highway Patrol. I have sent a complaint to the Missouri Highway Patrol.

Got a call from this number. They were looking for Mike?

I finally answered this call from "St. Joseph MO".  It was a guy purportedly from the Missouri Highway Patrol telling me about the Missouri traffic laws.  When I told him I was a lawyer, he chuckled, said "Thank you"' and hung up.

I got a call from this number, too. He asked me my name and address and told me he would send a package which has the information about donating money for the highway troops.

David called me from Ameren Missouri and told me I had not paid my electric bill in 2 months. When I told him that I did not have a balance. And ask for a supervisor he told me he was the supervisor. So I asked for someone above him and he told me he was the big d*** manager and ask if I like to have black d*** in my mouth . Then stated he was going to find my Facebook and get my credit card information to rip me off.
