This Number keeps calling my phone stating it's the IRS who is pursuing a lawsuit against me it is a scam and they won't stop calling

I have had two calls today about the irs filing a lawsuit against me.  This number was left for me to call immediately.

This number calls my mobile daily and says the IRS is going to arrest me if  I do not call them back at a certain  number.  I recalled them 5 minutes later--got a LIVE woman who answered IRS- I told her this was a big scam and to quit calling me.

Fake. IRS scam from another far away country. This one so badly done it almost amusing.

2 maybe 3 person scam, I'm guessing two young persons, aged 16 to 22, 1 male and 1 female first contact by phone, possibly if the same group as last year that called me another male will be calling me this week 26 to 50 yrs old in charge that follows up to get the money. Line has fake background noise making it seem like a loud call center. Scammer (young man) said to me it's so easy taking money from you Americans, they just send their money to them with out asking questions.

I have received 5 calls from these guys.  I always hang up when the robot starts.  Today I listened and a very sinister voice stated, "We've been trying to reach you. . .  the IRS is filing suit against you today."  Knowing it was a scam I wanted to give them a piece of my mind but no one answered the number they left.  I guess they were too busy scamming us stupid Americans.

Now, if these scammers can just hook up with the Microsoft scammers, they could save lots of money on overhead!  I feel sorry for the people that go for these scams.  I actually had a friend who went to Western Union to send $$.  Thank goodness the clerk advised him it was a scam.

Like some of the others, was told this was the IRS collecting taxes from 2009-2014.  All letters were undeliverable so they were calling with a last chance offer to pay taxes for under reported income. The woman had a thick accent and left a name, Lisa Wilson and a badge number:  IRM11462.  I verified it was a scam on the IRS website and left an Scam Report with them.  I tried to verify the badge number but there were too many backed up calls at the IRS.  I did leave a message.  I'll be surprised if they get back to me.  Of course, no sensitive personal information was given to them.  Loved the nice touch of the call center noises in the background.

Call stating that I'm being sued by the IRS! Then when I called them they were so rude and kept hanging up on me even yelled at me at one point!

I also received the similar phone call,but from different phone no 1253 394 9020.Asking for a sufficient sum of money ...which give me an idea that this is a scam.Thank you people for sharing this story.it helped me to discover the scam
