Keep getting phone calls from this outfit that says we owe money - we don't!! and we have NO clue who they are 'representing' - not very forthcoming with information

Auto dialer with incorrect information, leaves ugly and intimidating message.

Has called several times with no message, but today left message and asked for my husband, by first name only, or his spouse..

Got a call from this number on a Sunday morning, did not leave a message, no clue.

THEY KEEP CALLING FOR PEOPLE WHO USED TO HAVE MY PHONE NUMBER.  I KEEP TELLING THEM THAT THE PEOPLE THEY ARE LOOKING FOR AREN'T AT THIS NUMBER ANY MORE, BUT THEY KEEP CALLING ANYWAY.

Keep getting this call every week, I don't answer because I don't know this number. My ID say's it's from some company by the name of FCSI. I don't know this company. I wish they would stop calling. I Google the number and this is what I got. Since like I am not the only one they are calling.

Will not stop calling. When I inform them they have wrong number they hang up and call again next day!

I am on the Do Not Call list.  This number does the robo dialing and no one is ever there.  They call every day. FCSI is a company I do not know.  I do not know who or waht they want.  Could be trying to steal identity.

Keep getting these calls a couple times a day. I don't pick up; leave no message. Will contact state attorney general tomorrow in both Missouri and my home state. Suggest everyone who receives these calls do the same.

I'm only 19 and this number calls me like every day! I never answer because I refuse to answer unknown numbers, with the reasoning that if they need me they'll leave an informative voice mail, but they never do! sometimes they call twice a day. I don't owe any debts whatsoever.

Complete BS called said I owed att 100.00 which is not the case, wanted to collect it on the phone. I wanted a paper bill would not provide that. they knew my last 4 of my ssn did not know my address or even city I lived in.

Called my husband claiming to be a debt collector and stating that I owed several hundred on an AT&T account. I do not have an AT&T account. Threatened to ruin our credit if we did not give them our credit card number over the phone right away.

ALWAYS record their calls. Log their calls. Tell them you are recording immediately when you answer the phone. If they object tell them they can end the conversation, otherwise they WILL be recorded. If they are calling the wrong number tell them you will file complaints with their attorney general, your attorney general and the FTC. Demand their physical address to send a certified cease and desist letter. Google it to make sure it is a correct address. Send the letter. If they call again sue them for a FDCPA violation. If they claim you have a debt DEMAND a letter of validation be sent through the MAIL. Research the FDCPA ans sue for each and every violation. You can make a few bucks on their violations of the law. Be civil, but do not let them talk over you. Yell over them if necessary. Remember RECORD their calls :).
