Didn't leave a message - Missouri number

Got a call, no message

This number has called me twice in the last two days, no message. It belongs to a company called Level Three Communications, LLC which appears to be a communications provider for commerial application. How and why they got my personal cell number is a complete mystery. I don't even work in this industry.

1-314-720-8632 left no message. Why call my cell and not leave a message?

I started receiving calls (no messages) from this number earlier this week. I found on other sites reference to it being Charter Communications. It makes sense. I have Charter cable, and they're always interested in up-selling existing customers.

I have had two calls daily over the past two weeks.  They stay on the line and say nothing....
I return the call and the phone was pick up but still nothing

 St. Louis area code.  They called me three times today and didn't leave a message.  It's Charter Communications.  This is based upon calling 314-720-8632 back after hours and getting a recorded message identifying themselves as Charter.

i want the calls to stop from this number! i tried to block the number but they still keep coming

I started receiving these calls in the last 2 weeks and they averae at least 2-3 a day starting at 8 am and ranging until 5pm.  I have Charter Cable as well but when I call this number back it has a Verizon Wireless message.

These calls come from early in the morning til late at night.  They keep calling up 5 or 6 times a day.  When you say no  they have no respect and make sure they call that much more.  I know this for a fact because I would not accept their "OFFER".  Now for months they keep calling and not answering.

This number has been calling me for the last 3-4 days. Funny thing is, it will hang up before my vm comes on. I have Charter as well. If it IS charter...it must be a glitch...otherwise, its just not making sense.

Numerous calls here, too.  Accidentally picked up late Friday at supper time.  It was CHARTER cable.  I've been happy with Charter TV but considering new TV service and possibly bundling internet to save some $ so listened to their pitch.  Was hyper agressive sales job.  I ended up unwillingly signing up for their bundle and later calculated that it is going to cost +$800 more for 2 years over what I have now.  Very skilled operators and extremely high pressure tactics.  After the weekend to evaluate, I'll be calling to cancel the order and to also discontinue my existing Charter cable.  Still happy with charter TV service, but I'm dumping them completely based on this experience.

This company has called my mother 3 times now. She answered the phone and got to talk to the man on the line. When she told him that he had the wrong number he kept saying, "I would like to talk to Mrs. ____ and Mr. _____" over and over again. Very rude. He claimed to be a worker of the Charter company.

Many calls from this number...more than once daily !  No message left.
ID states Charter.

Calling regularly and no one is there.  Reading the comments/replies, I know it's Charter.  But if you call back immediately, the call is dropped.  I want Charter to stop calling...

Getting calls all the time - no one on the other end.  Going to try and block this number.

Thanks; I have Charter Cable too and dislike them calling me - EVER.

This number comes up on my phone every month sometimes for days
at a time I never answer it because it is Charter. I live in a town which allows only Charter as the cable company and the building I live in does not allow satelite dishes to be installed so my only choice is cable or no cable.
