Would not tell me anything why they called

senex is the name of the company they buy healthcare debt. If you got call from them you forgot to pay the doctor.

Just block it!

I called them back they were willing to work with me on taking care of past due in the amount of :
$38k I informed them that I was going to file bankruptcy. They said to call back when I am ready to file the begining of the process.

Black man called my wifes cell phone and asked for me. He said there is a matter in their office that pertains to me. He wanted to verify my date of birth to make sure he was talking to correct person. Could not get anymore info from him other than Synnex Corporation. I did not give him my birth date so he said he would have to call back later.

Called 4 times and said nothing .Getting tired of that I answer it and I know who it is so why dony they step up and answer!

Called back and never received a response

It's not Sinex, it's Senex and they are a healthcare collection agency.

They've called 6 times in the past year on two of my #'s since 8/29/2014
No clue why they are calling my numbers since I don't have any outstanding medical bills...
Phone number date and time is logged then the call is disconnected...

I believe this is a scam and not the actual debt collection company. They called and refused to explain what the actual bill was for, and refused to send me a bill by mail, claiming that they don't do that for small amounts. The caller repeatedly asked for credit card and personal information, which I refused to give. A debt collector will already know your name and you should never give personal information over the phone to an unknown caller. Their phone number does not match up with the ones listed on the legitimate Senex website. I just had my credit report checked recently, and there is no outstanding debt on it, so I'm pretty sure this is a scam!

Just called, asked for me, I verified, they then said very rapidly the name mentioned here. The woman demanded my date of birth for "security" I told her, I don't know who she is and I'm not giving my date of birth, all my medical bills are paid, and this violates Hippa. Which, I will be pursuing.

I just called them back and they are with Senex and they handle collecting payments from 4-10 years that are bought from doctors offices/hospitals. I owed $25 from a 2010 co-pay that I never knew about but they had all of my information as far as name, DOB, doctor, visit, etc. They ask you to go to paysenex.com and will give you the account number to pay online. If they ask for your DOB just  give them month and day and they will tell you the year to verify.
