Oh it's some recording saying they can lower interest rates.  I thght these solicitating calls were illegal now!

Got the call on my cell phone, tried to return it because there was no message nad the number has been "disconnected or is no longer in service"

Just got a call from this number.  They got as far as "Um, hi" before it broke up.  Tried to call back and got the message that this number has been disconnected.

Just got one.  Automated message, "Hey guys this is Doug..."

Yep I received the same message to say they can lower interest rates and this is the last call....They need to be stopped!

Just got the call. Got a "hi", nothing else, said "hello" back, nothing. I discontined the call.

Same thing, got a call with a guy saying "hi" but then nothing and then they disconnected after about 15 seconds.
