I get multiple calls from this number on a daily basis.  Usually when I answer no one is there.  Or, as soon as I answer it hangs up.

This number is for EBO Financial. They are a "financial company" (read: debt collector).

I received a call from this number as well.  I looked it up before I listened to the voice mail.  I am glad I looked it up and was aware who they were.
The message they left was that they were calling in reference to my son for Children's hospital and they needed a call back as it was important.  When I called them back to let them know how low they have gone by insinuating that the call was regarding a children’s hospital and my son.  They said I was making an assumption that something was wrong with my son and the agent let me know that he would simply have called back without ever assuming that his child might be in the hospital.

If that were true, why did the person that made the call not say she was with EBO, calling for Children’s hospital regarding my son?  They were clearly using the Children’s hospital and my son to make me return their call.

I got a call from Connie today from there. SHe DID NOT identify herself as a debt collector, did not give me the mini miranda or anything else. She actually ended up hanging up on me because I told her I wasn't paying them anything. She told me she would recommend that Children's file suit. I called her back, asked for her address and asked her if she was a lawyer. She said no. Told her she can't recommend that Children's file suit then. She said that she could. I asked if EBO owned the debt and she basically said no. This place is a freakin' joke. They have 5 days to send a collection letter or else they are in violation of yet another law.

Calls at different times of the day. If I answer they hang up. Thats it. They serve no useful purpose. I am a care giver for my mother and I guess they are not aware that if something happens to my mother because of their unecissary interuptions, I will see to it that they will pay. One way or another.
