    Called to give me a grant of $9700 but I have to call back and use ID number to activate  Toll free number supposedly very persistent that I need to call to activate the money.  This is about the 20th call and usually from different numbers and always an amount under $10,000 but never the same amount. Didn't speak good English but was understandable that IT was urgent that I call and activate my account to get the money.
