Fraudulent call stating in a cobbled start message their the IRS  !!!!! Really , darn I missed their call !!! , oh szhazbot darn .looking for some lost soul that may be trying to scam the government and trap them in their own game . Hey that's why these scams go on , people thinking their revealed somehow in their own deceptions.. And they fall prey..just another SCAMMER ... Don't freak out and fall victim.... To these criminals ....welcome to the game of life !!! Only the well informed and smart survive .

Called the number back to try and play their game but recorded message of regeregated waste 💩 tries to sound official ,oh no !! Its Uncle Sam 😱.... NOT  !!! and low and behold within 7 minutes they called me back .. WOW ,what service... But their number is and will just be added to the block  /  reject call list... Just BLOCK the bums ... Hope it helped someone . 😀

Got the tail-end of a voicemail from this number stating something about  a federal offense and something about a grand jury and this is their last attempt to contact me! I'm in trouble for SOMETHING, I guess! I'm sure they would like to help me out if I give them my life savings, and more...

Boy 315 seems to be the hotbed of activity today. All illegal.

Got the message and called back. Spoke with a  Brian Wilson who said an internal audit was done from 2007-2014 and there were some misrepresentations and wanted to know if we had a criminal lawyer and tax attorney. He gave me a case number and his "Fed ID".  I left a message for my CPA.

They are using the irs as a business stating they are filing a lawsuit against me. This is a recorded message. I know the irs does not call they send a letter.

Same as stated above. Computerized female voice left a message - stating there is a "lawsuit going to file in federal claim court in couple of hours".....great sentence structure! LOL! She said if I don't call back all she can say is "good luck". Well thank you!! I appreciate your well wishes!!!! ;)

I received a call that said I had 5 criminal allegations and I WILL BE ARRESTED!!!  Oh no!  Dummies.....Just so people know, the IRS does not call you and you would also not receive a call for an arrest warrant.  They send these things in the mail.

Got the same call and it made me laugh out loud. My husband and I enjoyed listening to the recorded threat of "lawsuit going to file in federal claim court house within couple of hours" (literally transcribed) and hearing that local county sheriffs were going to arrest me for "5 criminal allegations". Poor English, mixing up federal and local authorities. Sheesh. I wish THEM "good luck".

wow, i DID freak out, I mean, its a heck of  a message..how do you KNOW its a "scam"??? Im just ticked, now that my heart has calmed down...I was worried about identity theft or God knows WHAT??? UGH

Thank goodness my call stated that this would be their last attempt ....there just gonna send federal agents to arrest me  :-)

They keep calling and saying I will be arrested if I don't call them back.

Got this call today.  Called back from my office since it dials out from a central switch.  They wanted way to personnal of information right up front (SSN, home address, number of residents in my home...).  I called them out on the BS questioning, and they started getting angry.  After about 5 minutes, they hung up on me.

All were tell tails that this is a scam.  If it were the IRS they would likely have the info they are asking me for.  They would be more professional and not begin to yell.  They would not be the ones to hang up.

I also received two messages from this number on the same day.  It stated that I was about to be arrested and if I didn't call back immediately..  well, "good luck".  I am an extremely boring person with no life so if I have done anything that warrants arrest...  I guess I am SOL

315-207-3298...yesterday this number robo called and stated they were from the U.S. Treasury and they were coming to get us...today they called stating they were from the federal courts and there were 5 warrants issued against us....boy I sure wish I remembered all this....oh and at the end they wished us "Good Luck".....the comedy continues.

scam scam scam wish they would stop and get caught.  this is a scam threat from the "treasury Department".

Garden variety IRS scam.  I try to string them out to see how bad the English can get and the degree of hostility ratchets up pretty quickly.  Maybe some potential scam victim, smarter than me, could create a reverse robocall system and blow up their phone line.

Message was saying by not calling I would be missing the appearance before a magistrate judge, for a  grand jury for a federal offense. ..  same type of calls in the past.
