Another IRS scammer...claims to be the IRS, blah blah blah....I kept stalling them and once I started saying "stay on the line so we can trace this call, we've been looking for you" they abruptly jumped off. Sounded like dirty 3rd worlders, I wish we could track them down and send some drone strikes their way :)

Claiming to be an IRS number and telling me to call as they are filing a lawsuit.  They also said this is my final notice.
SCAM!  The IRS would never notify anyone in this way!

Called my and left me a voice mail stating it was the IRS and that they are going to sue me and to call them back. So I did just for fun and games. The lady answered the phone saying internal revenue service and I told her that I just got a call from this number and I was returning the call and lone behold she hung up on me right after I said that. Punks.... Completely a scam!!!! I know the IRS doesn't make phone calls!

i got a call from this number 315-215-0649 this morning telling me it was my last chance......pay them $10,000 or go to jail for 6 mos.  i had gotten 2 calls before from 2 guys who could not speak enghlish  clearly on monday 7/13 this lady's english was very audible.  please can you stop this since i am told IRS does not make phone calls.  the caller said she was from the IRS. (7/15)

The female caller's English is very audible. This is evidently another scam!

Got the same message on my phone.  Robo call. Thanks for the warning.

SCAM ! Received a call from this number 315 215 0649 just yesterday claiming to be the IRS filing a claim against me.
I of course provided them with NO information. They rattled off a home mailing address requesting that I confirm this, it was NOT my address, when I said, no thats incorrect, they disconnected the call.
Spoke with my accountant who immediately confirmed this as an attempted scam.
Disregard calls from this number and BEWARE !

I like everyone  else just received  a call from a recording stating a lawsuit was being filed. Lol, I've delt with the is before  they correspond  through usps

Got call today from this number. Said its IRS filed claim against us. We get  this type off messages from different numbers almost every month.

Received same bogus IRS is filing a lawsuit message on voicemail.  The scam plays on people's fear of the IRS, but the IRS is subject to procedures and anyone legitimately contacted by them would receive a letter and be given a deadline to respond to whatever the issue is.  It's called a desk audit.  They don't leave a voicemail about lawsuits.  I hope nobody falls for this scam.

Same call as everyone else. How do these folks get the numbers? are they dialing randomly? I thought our cell phones were supposed to block these types of things. For what we spend on the phones and Homeland security you would think someone would catch and make an example of them!!

I also got 2 calls today and left a voicemail both times saying that the IRS is sueing me and to get back to them ASAP.  I know better to return the call the IRS is not going to call anyone and leave that kind of a message. I am quite sure you would receive a letter in the mail first.

Just received a call from this number. Caller ID said" Alexandria B NY" they left a Message saying we were being sued by the irs. They have called before using different numbers and left messages with very thick accents. This time it was a female robotic voice. They must think they are fooling us by changing the accent?? This scam has been all over the television. I guess it only takes one person to give them money and it pays off for them. This is my thirteenth scam call in three days and all have been different numbers.

Received a call from 315-215-0649 (robot) stating that I was being sued by the I R S for years
2008-2013 Caase # 40816 from Eric Johnson Badge # 1058.  Stated that if I didn't pay them
the money owed that I would be arrested,  my drivers license would be taken from me, bank
acccounts seized, etc.........Obviously, a SCAM , but it did get my attention.

I just got the same call purportedly stating that they were the IRS and a lawsuit is being filed against me and to call.  After googling this number, I found all of these posts.  Thanks everyone for taking the time to post these calls so as to alert others are are unsuspecting.

I also received one of these messages on my answering machine. These other messages on here just confirm what I thought, that this might be a scam. First of all, IRS would probably not lawsuit (sue) someone. They might threaten to garnish your wages. Also, it seems funny to me that there was no mail or other communication sent regarding a matter. Also, the voice message does not say who the intended message is for.

Received a message from this number that the IRS is bringing a lawsuit against me. Not the IRS, scam call.

I talked to lady two days ago and she asks name, if i had an automobile and last question before i hung up on her do i have a Bank acct and with what bank. I hung up on her and got like 10 calls from her since then.  Very persistent
