Received call from 315-228-9844. Caller ID read "FINAL NOTICE". My husband picked up and woman asked for me by name. As he handed me phone he said he heard what sounded like children laughing in the background. As I took the phone, the woman hung up.  This number is in Hamilton, NY 13346 and is a landline.  Definitely a scam.

Saw "Final Notice" as caller ID. I know I do not owe any bills, so decided to not answer and investigate via internet. No voice message was left - very suspect.

Calls my phone once a day for the last week. A lot of 'noise' in the background but no one says anything then they hang up. Same with 315-228-9837 number.

Thank you.  Receiving calls from both numbers but haven't answered so will add to call blocking now.  Appreciate the tip

on the 3rd ring, I silently picked up the phone.
with great anticipation, I was hoping the caller was to announce my winning prize of a gazillion dollars TAX FREE.
alas, my hopes were dashed as I waited in silence for the inevitable 'hello'.
it was not to be......I glumly hung up.......
another missed opportunity...............

I got a call from this number. No voicemail. I am getting at least a call a week from numbers I don't know. One of the joys of a cell phone used to be not getting these useless calls.

Ms. Smith (how original) called my cell phone and informed me that I had not replied to two (count 'em folks, two) notices regarding the expiring warrantee on my (stated year and model) car. I guess they didn't get the message!  ;)  

Received call from 315-228-9844. Caller ID read "FINAL NOTICE". Just let it ring. Left no message new it had to be a scam

Woman on phone says that my auto warranty is about to expire and wants me to renew...no thanks!!!

Now I remember I had a call about six months ago for my Suv, they knew my name, make and model and pretty near my millage on auto, did some research and I think Sirius is sell their costumer list to a third party or it was hacked how many have a Sirius account and received phone calls?

Its for a car warranty sale. Had some fun and said "i had stripped the car down for an insurrance scam and was waiting for ins co to pay. Then I would put the old parts back on and keep the money. Would the warranty still be good if i claimed new parts with you?" Silence for 10 seconds. and she says "we can work with you"

Pushy auto warranty sales guy, talks too much, rude because he doesn't barely let you talk, will confront you about it too., keeps asking for your CC info to make his sales won't let you think about whatever they are offering you.

I don't usually actually write on here - but I always get these car warranty calls for my HUSBAND'S car that is NOT, nor was it EVER, in my name.  Yet, the calls come to me - our SiriusXM account is in my name.  Fancy that!  I still love my XM Radio and would not get rid of it, but that really stinks...you can't trust anyone anymore!

This company is relentless. They regularly send me 'final notices' in the mail and continue to call me telling me that they are going to close my file before renewing my warranty (I just told her a few minutes ago to please close my file and what she's doing is wrong). It's ridiculous and obviously a scam. What worries me (and why I'm commenting) is that the display of the 'final notice' bills in the mail they send and the way they present the information when you answer the phone really makes it appear like you owe them money. I had to look all around the 'final notice' and saw in small small print that it was an advertisement. I sincerely hope people take the time to look into this before giving any personal information because it's obviously a scam!
