A man from a loud call center called for a person who hasn't worked at the company for years. I was having trouble hearing him and then he hung up. Never got a company name.

These folks call me several times a day now ... it's a robo-caller that puts me through to a noisy call center in India and tries to send me white papers on behalf of some other company that I don't want.

I am keep getting the call from this number but no sound and then it hangs up.  I tried to call back but the message said it is not a valid Verizon number.

Called several  with message.  Once there was drum beets and singsin and mumbling

This is a stupid security number.  "John"...I believe was trying to sell me some security system.  This number MAY be connected to 815-687-8515.

Another spammer to block.

+1 (315) 282-0887 calls me several times a day. Everytime I call back i got a message saying to call back during business hours about some security system. No name of the company and it hangs up. Call them during" business hours" and it just hangs up obviously some stupid [***] trying to scam people out of money

No message left.  Will block this number based on prior reports here. If you are unknown to me and do not leave a message you will be considered spam.

I receive two of these every day. I've asked to be removed from the list, and even flat out told them I'm not interested.
Today I took the offensive, and called the number back. 28 times. and then left the phone near a TV.

So the name the Indian guy gave me is Family Protection Technologies out of Dallas Texas, did a quick google search can't finds such a company.
They said they are giving away a free GE home security product

Unwanted junk call.

Called my work cell twice this morning. Caller ID says "Auburn NY".  I answered the first time because my company has an office in Syracuse and employees that live in Auburn so I thought it was a work related call. When I answered, the call disconnected.  The second time I let it go to voice mail. The caller did not leave a message.  This number is now blocked.

Keeps calling and wakes up my baby. When answering call it immediately disconnects. Put it on black list.

(315)282-0887 called me & a man w/a NYC accent claimed to be from some foundation for Police Chief's. I stupidly pledged $20 & gave my name & address (dumb, but I figured I could research for authenticity before paying my pledge.) I hung up after they kept asking me about the pledge? Almost hoping I would say something other than "sure"! I called it back & the call wouldn't go thru!

ID read Auburn, NY.  There was no message so this is a scam/spam/fraud.
