Bullsh*t---- not survey -  it's a recording telling you that you can lower your interest rate on your current credit card.

Blocking.....

Caller ID shows "SURVEY) " and when I answered it was a recording saying I should lower my interest rates on credit cards. They have called here before and I normally do not answer calls from numbers I do not recognize from out of state. I hung up immediately. I am reporting them but it likely will do no good since nothing ever seems to come of reporting calls such as this. I am on every do not call list available which seems to me to be a waste of time. Funny thing---The DO NOT CALL is celebrating their 10th anniversary. Big Deal!!!

Phone rang one time, caller id showed "Survey".  I did not answer.

Received a call from 315-285-9925.   Caller id said 'Clayton NY'.  I don't answer calls from numbers I don't know, but I did Google the number and found this page.  I'm registered with the Do Not Call list too, but unfortunately it requires voluntary compliance.  The bottom-feeding scammers out there couldn't care less about breaking one more law...

I got a call from this number and as I run a business I am somewhat obligated to pick up calls when i don't know the number.  I don't know how many times i can report these people but yet again, "Cardholder Services" wants to lower my interest rate on a credit card i have never owned or give me a stimulus check that doesn't exist.

Criminal spammers looking to steal credit cards.

You will receive many calls from various numbers and caller ID's. It will ALWAYS be an automated call which is illegal and it will be the same or similar recording. ID will probably say Survey because criminals are desperate for your money.

Ignore the calls, never give out personal information over the phone. Report the calls and warn others.

This lower your interest rate scam have been going on for years. Just google. Beware and ignore.

This is the latest call from my wannabe credit card friends. I admit it can be annoying getting these calls. But afterwards, I am able to find the humor in the fact that they aren't fooling me. I only wish they would stop leaving messages (partial or otherwise).

They called twice - 9:51 am and 10:13 am - didn't answer either call.

I was in the process of blocking them when the 2nd call came in.

Not to worry, they are now blocked - BLOCKED FOREVER!

Buy a call blocking phone or device...we have both!  Our phones do not ring when a blocked call comes in.  SWEET!

No one ever answers and I don't get a recording, it just hangs up. Is this web site here to fix the problem or just a Blog type?

So called "survey" was just the usual scumbags about lowering your interest rates.

Consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.

Great advice~  sick and tired of these calls which I have gotten hundreds!   thank goodness for my call blocker phone.  I blocked this number and if they call again, they get disconnected.  I am thinking about getting a phone with more than 30 numbers that it blocks.   I thought the call was from my daughters mother in law who moved to NY but I blocked it first.   Thanks to 800 notes and all you great people.     If you can get a name, report them to the Consumer Financial Group Agency.  That is where you report any calls related to credit card,debt collectors etc.   It is from the US Govt. and if you have  a name they will go after them.

Call every day about 5:00 pm / Have asked them repeatedly to quit / About Credit Cards !  Why doesn,t the government do something about them?
