It is a woman with a thick Indian accent threatening to jail me if I don't respond to her call immediately.
Also called my work and was telling the operator all my personal information.  This people need to be stopped.

I HAVE ALSO RECEIVED A PHONE CALL FROM A MAN WITH A STRONG ACCENT. HIS NAME WAS MARCUS WILLIAMS, HE SAID THAT MY LAWYER NEEDED TO RETURN HIS PHONE CALL, BUT INSTEAD I DID. AND WHEN HE PICKED UP IT SOUNDED LIKE HE WAS AT A MALL OR SOMETHING. THERE WERE HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE TALKING IN THE BACKGROUND, HE TOLD ME I HAVE 3 FEDERAL CHARGES ON MY NAME COLLATERAL CHECK FRAUD, THEFT BY CONCEPTION, AND ANOTHER CHARGE WHICH I COULDN'T UNDERSTAND WITH HIS HEAVY ACCENT ?? HE ALSO SAID THAT TOMORROW MORNING I WAS GOING TO BE PICKED UP BY POLICE WITH A COURT ORDER. MY ORIGINAL LOAN THAT I TOOK OUT FOR $400 FROM AMERICAN CASH LENDERS 6 MONTHS AGO TURNED INTO $5,840 HAHAHAHA IM NO PUSH OVER I LET THEM KNOW THE LAW AND HE HUNG UP ON MY FACE AFTER I TRIED CALLING BACK OVER 20 TIMES THE LINE WAS DISCONNECTED I DONT KNOW WHAT TO THINK NOW IV'E HEARD OF THESE SCAMS BUT SHOULD I BE SCARED??????

These people keep calling me and threaten to take legal action against me for a loan  I never took out or applied for.

They have thick Indian accents and all have American names.  Ignore them or you can call your local states attorney and they will help you file a report for fraud and investigate them.

My client received a call from a Marcos Williams @ 315-294-9454 threatening that he was sending law enforcement to her place of business to arrest her for failure to pay a debt. This man asked for her attorney. I called and after he verified I was in fact a lawyer, believe it or not, he admitted to threatening to have my client arrested. When I asked him if he had ever heard of the FDCA he had no response and wanted to call me back, Long story short, he never called back and when I called back he frantically asked that I stop calling him.

My client has asked me to sue these people in the Florida state courts in addition to making a criminal complaint for extortion and violation of the FDCA. When I asked, I was told the company was AMG LLC. The area code 315 is the Syracuse, NY area. Does anyone have a good name and address on this group. It is all fun and games to them until the Florida Attorney General prosecutes them and a circuit court judge drops a big damage award on them.

I have received serveral calls from this individual threatening me with prosecution. When I informed him that i was aware of his scam he told me he was sending the police to pick me up immediately. I would also like to sue them as well as have them prosecuted for harrassment . I also recived a call from a woman with a thick indian accent asking me to pay $1,900 dollars. She pretended to be consulting with her supervisors to make payment arrangment of 500 dollars every two weeks. She even dictated a letter that I was supposed to fax to her with all my information. What she didn't know is that I also know the law. I call a friend of my who happens to be a police officer who handles all my legal issues. He check the number and told it was a scam. We reported this people to the FBI and they have them under investigation. The same lady called me back to see if I have fax the letter, to her surprise I told her what I have done, and she never call back again. Don't let this people scare you, It is surprising all the information this people have. That is the scary part of all of this.
But I can assure you that they are under investigation by the FBI and the FDCA.

I received a call today at work from the same AMG LLC law office telling me they would be having the police at my place of business at 11:00 tomorrow to arrest me for similar "charges".  I asked him for a telephone number so that I could step out of the office and speak in private.  In the meant time I contact our local district attorneys office and was provided some information.  When I called this "Mark Redd" back at 352-390-2183 and asked for an address he began being very evasive.  I explained that I had been in contact with the district attorneys office and he began screaming at me telling me how stupid I was and how I have just made things worse for myself then he hung up on me.  When I called back I was told he did not want to deal with this situation at that time.

He said the same when he was going to have police come pick up me and boyfriend at work with a court order. Waited the next morning with a smile because NOBODY came.  Just this week, same people called with heavy foreign accent, but his name is Chris Carter this time. LMAO! Don't be scared. They are calling from India on payday loans.

They use VOIP to hide their location.

Do not believe aanything they say, there is nothing they can do beyond harassing calls.

I got 2 calls last Friday and one this morning (Monday). The call this morning , what I could understand, was "the last and final phone call" stating myself or my attorny need to return the call ASAP. So I googled the number he told me to call and this site came up. The number he called from is 1-916-395-0000. Name given Samuel Green- I think.

Same EXACT telephone call: Daily calls from 916 395 0000, person identifies themselves as "SAMUEL GREEN", heavy accent (I thought might be Caribbean or Indian), threatening tone, "call 315 294 9454 immediately", "have attorney call", blah blah blah. It's a script - they say exactly the same thing every day, and everyone gets the same call. Luckily for me, they have the wrong name and I never used any such service. Disregard or report to authorities: FTC, your state's attorney general, possibly FBI.
