I received a call telling me that the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me and that I should call phone number 315-307-3184 to help deal with it.  

Received message that the IRS is suing me.  SCAM ALERT!

Dead give away either for a phishing scam or for another nefarious reason is that they don't address you by name. Just a generic "Last notice, IRS is suing you".

SCAM.  IRS will ONLY notify you via US Mail.   They will. NEVER call and leave a msg.

Same message. Gonna use Spokeo and going to find this persons address and name along with his family members,phone carrier,phone type , etc..He or she is out of Syracuse NY.I'll phuck with him or her on a public payphone.Only costs 95 cents.What can you buy with 95 cents nowadays?

what a scam I got the call from 933-567-3671 tell me to call this another number up 315-3073184

Received 2 messages within 25 hours directing me to the same scam phone number above. Happens again. Letting the local police know to protect others. Really.  I've got a buddy putting his life on the line every day in the middle east and somebody is doing this to fellow Americans here in the U.S.A.. What would there mother say ?

I received a phone call on 11/17/2014 saying that "IRS is filling a lawsuit against me" and was asked to call back the following number 315-307-3184.

I've received about 3 calls like this in the last 3-4 days

I've received several calls and messages today from 315-307-3668 from an Indian sounding guy telling me I'm going to be arrested because I'm being investigated by the IRS.  What a load of BS.  I actually answered the third time and he kept asking me if I wanted him to give me the information or fight this in court but he wouldn't give me any actual information.  I told him to stop wasting my time and he said he was going to have me arrested.  Lol
