the caller reported I was under investigation with US attorney, and police would be at my door to arrest me in 25 min.

This a scam number made by a [***] .. Just play with them as long as you can but dont give them any real information ,,, waist as much time as you can when they call you....have a great day.

IRS telephone scam. Received voicemail stating if I didn't return the call law enforcement would show up at my home and detain me.

I just got that same call saying if I didn't return the call that law enforcement officers would show up at my door and detain me for the next 72 hours on criminal charges.

I just checked my messages and had a creepy computerized woman's voice telling me if I didnt call the number back i would be detained!!! seriously?!? do they not realize if I was being brought up on actual criminal charges the cops wouldnt give me the heads up that they were on their way to detain me? lol  i may joke around but its a pain in the a** to stop what im doing to listen to a message that i think is important only to find out its just another one of about twelve bogus calls i get a day!!!

Called me about 15 min ago with same messages  others above have reported is there anything to it

Got a call from this number claiming to be the U.S Attorney's office. Telling me to call within a time frame or that law enforcement would be at my door to arrest us. Called my Attorney to let them know what happened. Folk's watch for this number, it's a scam.

Computer voice telling me that I would be detained for 72 hrs I received it today . don't know who is behind it but very hilarious great trick or treat.

The man had a foreign accent.  There was an automated voice mail left telling me if I didn't call back immediately I was going to be arrested within 30 to 45 minutes. Tried to call it back immediately and it just rang and rang then tried to call back again and it was busy then tried to call back and the man answered claiming to be from the US Attorney's Office and that I had a warrant for my arrest for tax fraud and tax evasion. he said my full name.

Don't even waste time listening to these bogus messages, much less following their instructions. If you're getting threatening messages from foreigners, delete them immediately. Try setting it up so unknown callers are blocked and unable to access your voicemail to hear nothing from them. They can't issue phony threats without any kind of an answer.
