Another Credit Card scam, probably the same group using a different name withe a different person making the Intro Recording.

When a Company Name and Business hour phone number was requested it was not provided as required.

Typical recorded message introduction, violation California PUC regulations and the Federal Do Not Call system. Recorded message starts as:

"Hello, this is Heather of Card Services..."

This scam continuously calls on different numbers and Caller ID name. I've blocked them only to be called again on a different number within 30 days. Caller Business ID In the past it has been "CARD SVCS", "MEMBER SERVICES", etc.;this time it was "ENTERGY SERVICE".

Reporting them to the National Do-Not-Call registry:

has not resulted in any reductions of their harassing calls.

Caller ID read "Entergy Services".  So these loser lowlifes must pass fake numbers around.

Received call from this number with "Entergy Services" on the caller ID.  Nobody was there and it disconnected after about 15 seconds.

I wonder if this is one of those scams where they tell you your power is going to be shut off if you don't give them a credit card number.  I've heard of them targeting the elderly with a scam like this.  They might be listening for an older sounding voice to answer the phone, otherwise they hang up.

My bill is due on the 30th and today is the 25th.  Nothing past due.

Got a call stating "press 1 to lower your interest rate or press 2 to disconnect" I pressed 1. A middle Eastern sounding guy answers with "Card Services, what card would you like to lower your interest payments on" I said "you tell me, you called me" Guy says "It's your Visa card" I respond "Which one, I have many" he says "it can either be with Chase, Citibank, etc" as he goes on to mention several other banks. "He says do you have a card with any of these" I reply, all of them except two" He says "great, which would you like to lower" I said, "you tell me, you called me, what company do you work for? His response, "Card services" I say " so you don't work for any of my credit card companies and somehow you can get them to lower the rates?" He abruptly states "Sir, I'm calling about your chase card" this is an obvious shot in the dark as I don't have a Chase card. I replied to him "I don't have a chase card" he immediately hung up. THIS IS A SCAM FOLKS!!!!!!!!

received a call from this number. said something about a credit card. the person began cursing at me and calling me fowl language I have never heard in my life. it was abusive and disgusting. beware.

Called my cell, not answered, left no message.

be careful...sometimes these crooks will route a call through your LOCAL area code.  I let Everyone leave a message now, and the con artists usually don't bother.  I also have filed complaints but they seem to not do any good.   Maybe we should flood our letters and e-mails to NBC the Rosen Report.  He actually caught some of these crooks.  How do we procsecute them?

maybe the other NATIONAL news  services have people who investigate, like Rossen
sometimes the media gets better results than the government.  I have received some help from our State Attorney General.

We got a call from this number today at 2:14 pm and didn't answer. The caller ID was ENTERGY SERVICE. A voice mail message was left. It was a recording regarding lowering credit card interest rates. It is most likely a scam, since we pay our credit cards off in full every month and therefore don't pay any interest. When I called back the phone kept ringing, and no one answered. This number will be added to our call blocker.

Said I was doing well on paying credit card, and was going to increase some type of score. Left this on voice message. When tried to call back, because I have no credit cards, it rang busy.

This call came through at 11:30 on Saturday 03/21/15. It was about a lowering my credit interest on my credit cards. They continue to keep calling me. I refuse to answer.
