- TAN HILL| 4 repliesSTATING HE IS A INVESTIGATOR AND HE WILL BE GOING TO MY JOB AND SERVE THEM ALTHOUGH I'M INJURED. AND WIRING OR LAUNDERING MONEY ACROSS STATE LINES.
- Caller: UNKNOWN
- Call type: Debt collector
- Just a receptionistStating he was an investigator and wanted to speak to an employee. When I wouldn't transfer him,he asked for HR then for payroll. I told him to call the employee at home and hung up.
- Pennythey called a relative on the same cell account asking for me. Not sure what they want bc I do not owe anything.
- Caller: ?
- Call type: Debt collector
- TINAThey have called me twice at work and left a voice mail saying there are pending legal proceedings in my county against me. I'm not sure who they are or what they want, but 2 months ago there was another "law office" calling me at work saying the same thing. When I looked them up I got the same thing I'm seeing here...FRAUD!! So what I'm thinking is that since I did not answer any of their calls or voice mails they sold what ever information they had on me to another "law firm" and that is who is calling me now. Why can't we get these types of people stopped?
- Caller: Lewis Friedman & Associates
- Sarah Concerned replies to TAN HILL| 1 replyI know people are concerned so I thought I should post. Friedman is easy to deal with. Talk to him and he will keep you out of trouble. I would not suggest talking to anyone except Investigator Friedman. He helped me immensely. Helped me with my scumbag ex as well.
- Shill Alert replies to Sarah ConcernedWow, it's getting hard to steal money on the phone, what with sites like this huh?
Great! Glad to hear it. - Bob| 8 repliesI kept recieving calls from this company, I called them back to find out that they are completly ligitment they faxed over all of my information to me stating their reason for calling and i verified at the attorney generals office that they are a ligitiment. I would suggest going through Mr. Friedman he offered me at least a great setlement in which i took advantage of and have recieved all documentation i have requested for
- Call type: Debt collector
- Shill Alert replies to Bob| 7 repliesLook what happens when you have no education and no brains, you wind up being a shill for fake collection scams on 800 notes. Does your mom know you try to STEAL MONEY for a living? Bet you can't even spell "mom" LOL!
- Bob replies to Shill Alert| 6 repliesactually I'm actually extremely educated and if i went to my attorney general to verify the business im sure thats more than what youve done in order to find out about any company youve had to deal with and i have all the documentation. They also verified my social security number not just the last four digits in which i did not have to state. Therfore if they were a scam you would already have things out in your name so i think you need to become educated in how to handle your outstanding debts before you gain any leins or judgements.
- bob replies to Bob| 3 repliesalso most people who complain on these things are those who cant afford to pay back a minimum balance debt lol smh at how childish you sound its no wonder why so many companys have to contact you because youve decided to buy things you cant afford and would rather file b/k and be scum for the rest of your life
- Shill Alert replies to bob| 2 repliesIf you're telling the truth (wink wink), then you could make a lot more money suing the school where you were "extremely educated" than you're making shilling for this fake collection scam on the internet!
- bob replies to Shill Alert| 1 replylol i am im not saying that i like dealing with collection i find it utterly embarrassing to recieve these kind of calls but if u think its a scam you should probably go back and get your ged or high school diploma lol scummer
- Wire replies to bobSounding more and more "ligitment" with each post bob. LOL!
- Jason replies to Bob| 1 reply*sigh* Here we go, Mr. Educated.
I'm has an apostrophe in it. I'm, not "im".
I is always capitalized, as well as the first letter of every sentence.
Proper punctuation is key, use commas where needed, and periods at the end of sentences.
You've, not "youve".
There you go, and even in this post, i made some mistakes. Good luck looking for them! - Kais replies to JasonJason, you posted exactly what I was thinking. These scammers are working overtime posting on these threads trying to convince people these debts are real. They are morons! They can not spell or use property grammar. I especially love the posts that "I am an Attorney" but they spell everything wrong and no grammar or punctuation. Idiotic, moron, scumbags!
- Linda replies to TAN HILL| 1 replyHey guys. Just wanted to thank this message board. I listened to one of you and ignored Jason's Call. I know lost my job with the Dept of Homeland Security because I got charged with a Bounced Check from someone named Louis Friedman. GREAT JOB!! Stupid Site.
- FU2 replies to LindaYou "know" lost your job because some scammer claimed you had a bounced check?
Yeah, right. I'm sure DHS pulls background checks on its employees and they certainly would have discovered it before they hired you. That is, IF they hired you....
POOR JOB! Stupid Shill.
